Perfect great place. Quick checkin, easy paperwork, the most advanced testing I’d ever seen, retina scan, laser testing; focus tests; nearly endless choices of non Luxotica glasses! Really nice people and I’m sure under those masks very nice and pretty smiles from everyone working there! Will be bringing my family for checks.

Update, broke my frames and had replacement frame in <2 days for $15

Our family went in for eye exams. Dr. Wong is sweet, listened and was very professional. Her staff are exceptionally professional and very friendly. My 4yr old daughter is a talker and made friends with them real fast.

Dr Wong is such a professional and friendly doctor. She makes you feel so relaxed during testing, making the process easy for the patient!

I had an appointment with Doc Jamie today. She's detail oriented, polite, and well versed in her field of expertise. I can say I'm happy that I picked this clinic for vision concerns. An employee named Kiela (apologies if not correct) attended me for my glasses, was the best in customer care. The manager of this clinic attended me kindly. The staff is friendly, state of the art testing machines, overall a good experience, and would highly recommend people to visit this clinic for their vision concerns and also to choose glasses from a wide variety of frames.

I went here to get new frames and they helped me get a very nice pair for a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly without much wait as well. I’ll be returning here for my prescription sunglasses when I need them soon!

Dr Wong provides a very thorough eye exam. They have a very nice selection of upscale frames in store of will provide you your prescription if you prefer to purchase your glasses elsewhere. I have been coming here over 15 years. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else.

This is the second pair of glasses I have bought for my son here. Great experience from annual exam to picking up specs. Insurance coverage was explained in detail and staff was not pushy. Wonderful service and extremely knowledgeable.

The new overweight frontdesk woman's response to a long wait for customers is a rude "we are short-staffed". She is rude to everyone. Maybe you should worry about your job security now. It's incredulous when unskilled, highly replaceable workers are the rudest. I hope she fails her probation spectacularly.

Customer service not professional. Got confused with my appointments. Drove there and barely made it 12 minutes late. Lady who left me a voice message sure knows how to intimate patients. $50 if you don’t show up! Got there and she had an attitude! Oh boy! Stressed of driving in the.

Will not go there ever again! I was warned by my friend not to go there, but I didn’t listen!

The front staff are very polite and Silvia, the office manager, was very helpful today, she helped me to fix the problem with my reading glasses.

Stephanie was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Very honest with my selection on glasses. I asked for her honest opinion and she was able to find glasses that truly fit my face type. Was extremely happy with my new glasses. A big thanks to the whole group at Family Vision Care.
