This is my family's goto vision care center. Dr. Cynthia Huang is great; friendly and professional. The staff is kind and are well optimized for kids and young children. Love their attention to high quality service and providing you with the best treatment and equipment possible.

Dr Veronica was great, but optician and admin staff are incompetent. The optician kept on forgetting to apply charges to my visit so I ended up swiping my card 3-4 times. Even so, the charges are confusing, I don’t trust what he charged me so I contacted someone to review with me. Mind you, their email never works, and phones are unanswered. I think I need to go there in person to get helped. I was desperate in finding a vision place near work but never again. Stay away as one review indicated.

Really wonderful optometrists, vision therapists and support (with fun glasses choices, and the help I got learning how to put in contacts was amazing). They looked at my eyes and prescription in ways no one else has. For years I’d come back to an optometrist within a couple months wondering why my glasses weren’t helping. Now I’ve finally got prescriptions that work for my vision in different situations. I have so many fewer headaches and eye strain. Awesome practice!

Dr. Carole Hong is excellent. Her patience and diagnosis methods are very well done. We moved recently out of the area and miss her services. I took both contacts and glasses over the years with her without any issues and best follow up care.

Dr. Carole Hong and her staff are excellent. The exam is very through and they use state of the art equipment for an accurate assessment of your eyes. Dr. Hong listens and spends time making sure all the measurements for determining the best lens are precise. It is clear that she really cares about her patients.

The staff at Family Vision Care are professional and very customer focused. The pandemic has added more to their plate and they have set up processes that make the appointments smooth and safe. The staff seem genuinely happy to help people and work together, which always makes the patient experience better:)

They have been taking care of my vision for years and have always done a great job - contacts, glasses, sunglasses, sports glasses - you name it, they do it well. They stand behind their service as well - no matter what issues I might have, they have fixed it quickly without complaint. If my frame breaks, they fix it. If the lens is not perfect, they fix it. And their covid processes are outstanding - I felt very safe during my recent visit.

Dr. Simon Bailey has greatly improved my vision since I first visited her last year, something I had not expected at all since I had been visiting a competent doctor elsewhere before visiting Family Vision Care. She recommended that we try a different contact lens strategy, which worked great - I don't need to use reading glasses anymore. She also recently caught a serious medical issue early on, for which I received successful medical treatment, so the affected eye is healthy again and seeing well.

I am very appreciative of the care that I received from Dr. Simon Bailey and Dr. Hong. I see much better as a result.

Efficient and friendly staff. Doctors are kind and thorough. Clean and modern doctor’s office with a full optician shop.
