Love this famous footwear. Usually peaceful not pushy but helpful sales people. Nice selection best when there are sales!

I have breathing issues and the girl there was extremely rude and kept harassing about mask said it was policy. When asked to provide written policy got upset told another employee to call security. Would explain an empty store

Google says this location is open right now. I arrive to find the store lights on, which from a distance tell people you’re open. I get to the door to see a small white paper with small black print saying the store is closed today. You guys wasted an hour of my time and fuel in my car because you wouldn’t do a simple online update. And you’re getting this public rating because I called twice and you don’t have a VM option for this location either. Your system just hangs up on your customers after a few rings. These little things absolutely matter if you’re going to run a business, so please fix them. There are plenty of other shoe companies that locals can petition to replace you.
