They told us to wait outside to enter the store. They weren’t professional about the way they told us. We waited patiently when two people went in ahead of us and they were not told to wait outside. We decided to go in like the others, then the worker called us out by telling us no one called us into the store. We explained that we saw two people enter and once again the store attendant was rude explaining they were understaffed. The system they have set up isn’t efficient if they don’t have people managing it. This is the second time I’ve tried to shop here and am always left feeling frustrated with the staff. No thank you.

They have a good selection of shoes. They need to work on their customer service though. I went there on 9-17-22 and the two guys working that day were a couple of duche bags.

Line was super long this day.but with the prices and quality who wouldn't stand in line. The young man behind the counter was very nice and even signed me up for a famous footwear card and I scored a discount!

No prices was were listed.more of a help yourself kinda thing.all the workers seemed related.everyone had tattoos on there faces. "slow". Kinda shady for riverpark. ‍️

I like this location, Its in Riverpark. The staff is always nice. I was in and out with my new shoes in about 10 minutes. I went in knowing what I wanted tho.

I don't like the set up, and chaotic way the store is stocked. But it could just be me. I got out as quick as I could. I feel sorry for the girls who work there and I would not feel safe working there. They should open early and close early for everyone's sake. Once again could just be me. It really doesn't bode well for management.

The store was clean shoes displayed neat with visible prices. Salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable

Today I took my four children to famous footwear to buy shoes for school which I do every single year at the same place. Today I was followed around the store by this Latina female employee and a heavy set Latino named Andrew they both we’re racial profiling me and my children, which made my children and I very uncomfortable. We’ve never experienced anything of this magnitude. I just want to say thank you to the employees for making my children feel like their criminals and that they we’re there to steal! I have spent thousands of dollars here to be treat like this! This is never okay!

Needs more of non slippery resistance black work shoes and cheaper price not over do it to have to be expensive

The service was good line was not long cashier was very nice you have rewards prices were reasonable

This place racially profiles. Saturday, full of people, but a darker skin Mexican comes in and they automatically start being watched and followed during their time there, literally up until they paid. Once they saw the person paid, they leave to go do their own thing again. Truly ridiculous. If I could give them no stars I would.

They have a vast selection of shoes and the staff is SO NICE! My sister and I got some great shoes! Thanks! Definitely will come back!

Managed to find what I was looking for quickly. The store was organized, and very low people traffic. The representative that assisted me at checkout was helpful and polite.
