Famous Footwear, Los Banos CA

Found what I was looking for. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

I'm giving it a 3 because they don't always have the shoes that are advertised like they have on the app or they never have my shoe size.

I love that place I wish I had more money to spend there but apparently I signed up for a credit card and I got approved I'll be back soon

Service was great and the ladies behind the counter were knowledgeable. However, the store didn't have much when it came to size selection. I know you can order and have it shipped but I prefer to try on shoes before purchasing. It saves with the hassle of having to return if they don't work.

I was in during Christmas shopping time. And it was great.store was organized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hard to find the right shoe in your size. Seems like most times they have a really nice shoe but they don't have it in your size. Prices seem to be about average compared to other places that sell a similar tennis shoe or sneaker. Sometimes you might get lucky and find the right shoe, the right size at the right price depending on the time that you go. It's a hit and miss kind of a thing, so keep on trying and eventually you'll get the shoe you like at the price you want to pay. The employees at the store are very helpful kind and considerate and that's a big plus.

Place won't have your size but they can order it if I wanted to order a sneaker I would do it myself online waste of time

The employees are very rude. I felt discriminated. As soon as I walked in there I was looked at from head to toe. Bad customer service. I'll rather drive to Atwater to purchase some shoes from now on.

Very uncomfortable feeling when I walked into Los Banos Famous Footwear. I walked in the store and was greeted right away but as soon as they greeted me they looked right down at my shoes I was wearing which is not right to stereotype a person like there going to steal shoes when they shop. I use to work at Nike and it is a trick to catch a shoe swapping thief when you know what shoes they walked in with, the employees need to be really discreet and not do it right in front of anyone that walks in and make them feel comfortable. Very disappointed with this location. My wife and I have five kids and will no longer shop at Los Banos Famous Footwear anymore.
