I’ve had the best professional services here and have recommended Bill’s to everyone. Love there nail polish selections and how great my nails look. I’ve been coming here a long time and find it a pleasure to be pampered by them!
Horrible experience. I made an appointment and arrived on time but they left me sitting there for 45 and never took me back. Prices are cheap and it shows. Ended up going to a place across the street. Never going back there.
Fast, good price, day of appointment but you can still see my old color & mildly sloppy edges. Overall worth checking out:)
They take walk ins so you may have wait but they do their best to get to you as soon as they can. Very friendly
I came in at 3: 20 and they told me to come back in an hour because they were busy. I came back and they ask me what I needed. I told them a manicure. They left me sitting there for almost 30 minutes without even talking to me. So I left.
I would not go back! Got a toe infection and went to UC was on antibiotics for a month. Kept cutting skin under the nail and I was screaming as it hurt, said that it was ingrown nail.
UPDATE*****THE OWNER OVER BOOKS APTTS EACH TIME I GO. ONLY 1 TIME WERE THEY WERE ON TIME. WAITED OVER 2 HOURS 1 MANICURE 1 PEDICURE! TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR SERVICES is the best! Today was great really no wait unlike my other visits that I waited 45 min.they should not book that many people if they know their to busy. NO REPLY NEEDED ILL GO ELSEWHERE
