Fan Diego Ceiling Fans & Lighting Showroom, San Marcos CA

A really cool display with a great selection of fans. We took our son here because he loves fans and it was his birthday, so we had had to stop in along the way. Lewis and Terri (hope I got the spelling right) were very knowledgeable and super friendly. They helped make our son’s birthday even more fun.

Beautiful store, helpful salesperson, and I found great quiet fans for my high ceiling. I'm going back for their lighting options.

Great installation service. Store has really good selection of products. I purchased several fans and accessories from them.

We came here last year and purchased 4 fans. One is perfect. I'll update to add the fan we love. Unfortunately we purchased 3 of the fans (Minka Air) that are defective. I usually don't purchase from companies that have a bad return policy and regret working with Fan Diego. Fan Diego will only take back items in boxes that have not been opened. I don't see how that keeps the fan makers or the sellers accountable. The fan we have 3 of, 2 out of the 3 click while at high speed and the lights will flicker at high speed on one of them.

I believe each fan was about $400 so we are very disappointed. This is our home that we plan to live at for a long time so we wanted the best of everything. I assumed if we paid for a high quality fan that is what we would get. I have always purchased my ceiling fans from home Depot and never had any problems with them for 10+ years. Sadly, we will most likely have to replace these with home Depot fans.

When I called to speak with FD the man tried to make it seem like this is normal and I just need to figure something out myself. Apparently the engine has a lifetime warranty but it seems like he didn't want to tell me that. I will now contact Minka Air and update the review when/if it gets resolved.

We recently had two fans installed. Professional, friendly, efficient, timely couldn’t be happier.

Needed a new fan for my bedroom so I went to Fan Diego. Salesperson Carrie recommended the Kute5 by Fanimation in Brushed Nickel. I installed it myself the next day. It is very quiet, smooth running and beautiful. I am so glad I chose Fan Diego.
