I had paid extra for expedited delivery to get a Steph Curry jersey for my son’s birthday. Two days before it was to be delivered I find out that shipping is still pending and won’t even be shipped for another 10 days. Unfortunately there was nothing that they could do as it must have been a warehouse issue. I was not happy and would not be purchasing from them again. I called back later and decided to cancel that order and order a Kevin Durant jersey they did have in stock. They agreed to give me next business day deliver at no charge and I will have the Jersey on the same day the Curry jersey was supposed to arrive. Though I really wanted the Curry jersey I understand it was due to issues out of their control and really appreciate that they were willing to expedite the shipping of the Durant jersey and for that I will remain a customer of theirs and will definitely purchase again in the future.

Scam. I paid $55 for a T-shirt which never came. No way of contacting customer service-everything is computerized, leading you to a dead end. No contact by e-mail, text or telephone. Seems set up to scam you out of your money.

Maribell is the best customer agent. When I was in trouble in dealing refunding/exchange problems with customer service, she solved my problems almost everything. Her effort made me a loyal customer. Thanks again from here.

Terrible customer service on the phone! Argued with Fanatics customer service for 1/2 an hour over shipping time which was terrible.

I recently tried to order a MLS Timber youth jersey for my son for Christmas and had the worst experience ever. Long story short:
12/02 I ordered a Valeri #8 white youth timbers jersey. 12/06 I receive and email stating MLS was unable to fulfill my order and that my order was cancelled and refunded. My son LOVES the Timbers, so I order a Timbers #21 Chara jersey instead. Then I get an email the next day stating jerseys are on sale, so I go back to the MLS website and see that the Timbers #8 Valeri jersey is still available. I call MLS and I asked the operator to make sure that the #8 Jersey was in stock, which she confirmed it was and cancelled my order I JUST placed for the #21 Chara jersey and ordered the #8 instead. Then I get another email a few days later stating my order is cancelled, AGAIN! I called again, since the #21 Chara was still showing on MLS, but no longer on sale, and let the operator know my story. He ordered the #21 Chara jersey for me at the original discount price I had tried to order it for in the first time. I call on 12/20 to verify it has shipped, and was told by the operator (adamantly) that it had shipped. Next day, I get an email stating they were once again unable to fulfill my order and that it has been cancelled and refunded. In the end, I was not able to get my son this Christmas gift due to their HORRIBLE customer service AND AWFUL software for their merchandise stock. I sent a complaint to Fanatics about this, and get an email telling me I need to call their customer service department about my complaint, which is ridiculous especially since it's to complain about their customer service. THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

My child received a gift from aunt. We call and work with CS to return for credit. CS codes it wrong & returns to aunt. Next CS says they did it wrong and issues child gift code good only 2 mo. Supervisor Fiyin in Toronto says too bad and blames customer instead of her inept CS person. Maybe train your call center and inform them you don’t screw over a child and you don’t blame the customer for your CS agents error. What’s ridiculous, is we could have kept the shirt and returned it today, but since we returned it right away and CS screwed up my child is out. Horrible!

Seriously the worst website ever! I have given them so many chances to prove me wrong but they are TERRIBLE! WARNING.they charge you $9.99 to return anything! Doesn't matter how small or big they still charge you to return, even if you are buying something else. The quality is terrible as well. If you buy a cotton shirt it shrinks terribly, the dry fit shirts screen print comes off easily. So, really your only option to wash is to do it by hand and hang dry. For the prices they charge these things should not occur.i just had to spend $15 to return an item that cost me $21.99. This is why big companies get more business, amazon would never charge to return even if it isn't damaged! My opinion, stay FAR AWAY from this site.

Oh no. I can't recommend these guys at all. I bought a Sharks jersey for the playoffs before game 1, round 1. They said it would be delivered within 3-5 days. It is now game 6, round 1 and the jersey might show up for the beginning of round 2.

This company is really bad, forget what they write or say, CHECK THE REVIEWS, were still wait for our orders, what this ship on the boat stuff, would have never used you.hello? Not just me check the many compaints on facebook, my orders was in november, I think "THE ATTORNEY GENERAL should invesitgate their BAD business practices

Lost a shirt from one order. Lost another order and any record of it (I was still charged for it). Then wouldn't expedite the shirt from the initial order which was 17 days old. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They have little to zero concern for customer satisfaction. This company is a joke. Avoid doing business with them at ALL costs.
