Honestly, you cannot have people waiting 20 minutes on the phone. You should have automated call back or something. OR, at least come back on the line to let us know that you’ll be right with us or something. It was complete silence the whole time! You should have proper phone etiquette with your patients. I just gave you the know how above, use it! It’ll make your office look better.

Dr yu is very nice and caring, I had the procedure done very smoothly, dr went over the result with me immediately after the procedure, I did not feel any discomfort afterwards

Dr Yu was very thorough and knowledgeable during my prep for Colonoscopy.
He and his staff made me feel easy and comfortable during procedures. After the operation, Dr Yu explained to me in detail what he found in the procedure. He prescribed the prescription and showed me what to pay attention to my diet. I am very satisfied with the procedure Dr Yu performed for me.

I have visited Dr. Yu for over 10 years not just because of his remarkable medical skills, but because of his empathy and patience. Before all of my gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures Dr. Yu always makes sure to explain the process in great detail, but in a way that is easy to understand. After the procedure he will then give me a breakdown which includes photos where he explains them one by one. He also always does a great job of prescribing me the right medications for my symptoms. In my 10 years of visiting Dr. Yu I have never felt any fear before a procedure because he always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable. I have also never felt any pain after a procedure because of his great skills. He is a great doctor who I highly recommend.

I had consistent bloating and discomfort in stomach for years, Doctor Yu is professional and patient. I am happy I got completely examined and this solved all my concerns.

I wish it allowed me to give you Dr. You ZERO stars… I never give reviews like this but I feel it’s important to share this one. I had a colonoscopy scheduled for today. I was set to take my first half of fluid yesterday at 5PM. He has three days to send in the prescription, yet chose to do so at 4: 34PM. It wouldn’t be ready until 11AM. I called several times to let them know that I think this would mean I’m unable to be ready in time for procedure, they wouldn’t pick up. As soon as I left a frustrated voicemail, THEN they called me back in an instant. The doctor himself. I expressed my frustration & he had absolutely NOTHING to say. Crickets. Not even an apology, as the inconvenience it was to have us to be fasting & coordinate my schedule around this procedure. So I canceled the procedure. The next morning the surgery center calls me, & turns out he never canceled my procedure! Guess every step of this process is my responsibility? He is an absolute joke of a doctor, save yourself the trouble & do NOT waste your time with him.

Never go to this doctor, he is terrible! Super irresponsible! I was about to go to the office for my appointment. 20 mins right before the appointment, someone called me it is a virtial one. The appointment only last for 10 mins. Basically what he did is just prescribe me a lab order. I hear nothing after that. No prescription, no dignose, no suggestions, after costing me a couple of hundreds dollard? ! And didn't resolve my problem at all! Even for the lab order, I don't know what it is about and have to figure out myself and have to go twice as no one told me I can't drink water before the testing.

Dr. Yu performed an Upper Upper Endoscopy and Colonoscopy in the same visit, the procedure went perfectly, with a very speedy recovery, and with zero discomfort after. I received full lab work and biopsy results within 48 hours of the procedure. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Yu and his awesome assistants. Thank you!
