Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Monterey Park CA

Waited about 5 minutes to be call. My stylist was very kind & polite with me, ask how I wanted my hair cut. I have been going here for about 5 months & have always asked for the same stylist, she is fantastic. I will highly recommend this one in Monterey Park & ask for Anna.

Much better pricing than competitor on the other side of Atlantic Square shopping center. Better customer service too.

Didn't get the cut i wanted.showed picture of haircut to stylist but she cut way too much off not i look like a dude. Never going back again.

I'm definitely coming back here to this specific even though I live all the way in Whittier but my boys were satisfied and I was satisfied and they were quick

The Fantastic Sams Cut experience is relatively good. The stylists are amiable and interested in making the customer comfortable and satisfied. When you enter the waiting room, you sign in, sit, and wait. You can watch TV, read one of the magazines offered to you, or talk to your companions. Waits can range anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes at their busiest. The earlier you come, the better.

I have not had a bad experience with any of the stylists. They love what they do and it shows. If you request they wash your hair at the beginning or end, they will. It is a truly relaxing experience. Emily has cut my hair multiple times and she does her work well. She is a good conversationalist as well and will make the process go by as quickly and comfortable as can be. Fantastic Sams is a special place in Monterey Park if you need a hair trim or something more complex.

Had an amazing walk in appointment. Staff was friendly and professional. Denise cut my hair and did a great job. Exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely return!

Excellent, I leave Fantastic Sam's Very Happy. My hair looks beautiful shiny and bouncy. The hair styist are very polite and professional.

I got my hair cut by a young rude asian girl that worked there. She butchered my hair so bad. I went back to get it fixed and I'm so happy that I got a nice lady named Eva to fix it. She did an amazing job! I went from a 0 to a 10. She took her time fixing the mistakes that the other lady made. My hair came out looking amazing. I couldn't ask for anything better. Definitely going back to see her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if your new and don't know who to pick.

I wish I could even rated one star, I made my little sister call so we could make an appointment thru said it's only walkings. We waiting 45 minutes just so they could tell my sister that they aren't able top do it manager is so rude.it's very unorganized and unprofessional

30 min before closing, 4 people working there and they wouldn't take the time to give me a 3 min haircut.

Emily is the only stylist who can cut mens hair here.shes the best, it just so happens she works at fantastic sams.

Just got my hair cut here for the first and only time but to be honest stay away from this location. Just walk on down to Super Cuts at least they can do a simple cut job.

Im so satisfied with my hair cut! The person who helped make my hair come back to life was Denise.shes super nice this is the first time she cut my hair n i loved it.she did exactly what i wanted plus a little more! Definetly coming back thank you again denise!

Salón supposed to be open until 9p. 3 stylists available, one customer being cut.

Asked why it was closed, young lady said that it's there's policy to take there break then (since the hadn'the done so, all 3) and that that's why they closed early. I'm sending this email at 832p after being turned away. The other two stylists just looked athrough me and laughEd mockingly. Completely un-proffesional.

Sandra is the best stylist I've ever had, she understands my hair perfectly. I always walk out of here with a big smile

Love this place and love hairstylist/artist Sandra.she went and worked her magic on my hair, giving me exactly what I have been wanting all along, a low maintenance haircut that uses my hair texture for volume.she knew exactly how to fix previous mistakes they made somewhere else. SHE'S AWESOME

I've gone to this location 4 times and I've only gotten one haircut they are very busy don't take appointments and don't tell you over the phone that the wait sometimes can be almost 2 hours. I've walked out 3 times because they don't even acknowledge you
