My hairstylist moved away and I was devastated, and nervous to find another one. And I found my hairstylist️HAZEL Hazel is a very knowledgeable communicative and skilled stylist. I have straight hair and a short haircut which can be a delicate situation. She was able to translate my gibberish of what I wanted into the perfect forward styled A-line bob ever! I got a better haircut from Hazel at fantastic Sam’s then I have $100 haircuts at fancy salon’s.
The wonderful thing about the reasonable price is that now I can get my haircut more often which really helps with a short haircut. I found out that she has been with the company for nine years so they know what an asset they have. I’m just so glad that I finally found her.

So the haircut was great and the stylist was very nice.

I gave this a 1 star because they are now charging 3.95% to use a credit card to pay. Thus, making customers pay cash. In an ever increasing cashless society, I find this crazy and I will be definitely taking my business to other places. In a very competitive market, this is probably not the best business practice. You lost a customer today.

HEEZIL MY SYLIST WAS AMAZING. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. SHE DOES HAIR AMAZING. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE. SALON CLEAN AND WITHOUT A DOUNT HEEZIL MADE IT A GOOD PAMPERING DAY. SHE KNOWS ALOT ABOUT COLOR N HAIRCUTS.

Had a great experience at Fantastic Sams! Went with my sister and we were on a time crunch. They cut my hair dry and styled it in 15 minutes and it looked just as good as any other haircut I’ve had (usually with a shampoo and wet cut and style).

Gigi absolutely rocked my kid's haircut! She was patient and very skilled. Will become regular.

Dont go if you dont have an appointment. The lady that cut my hair was kind of rude and hurried me out of her chair.
Ill just stick to the one I usually go to instead of venturing out.

Kind of hit or miss with the stylists. There are some I avoid and others that are popular and deservedly so. When you find one you like, call ahead to see if she's in before going. Prices are good with a coupon.

My experience is always great experience! Gigi is the one that does my hair and I always leave the salon looking fantastic! Thank you Gigi for always making me look and feel beautiful! Your awesome!

Mandy hooked me up with a great cut and wash. Early to mid morning on the weekdays are best time to go.

Rude. Then burned my scalp, overprocessed my hair for a simple root touch up. (Just look at the pictures) The before picture was taken one week ago.
Then managed to turn my hair toner purple after requesting they do not use toner! Its not usually necessary. Ruined my hair right before a job interview. Stylist pretended not to see the obvious purple toner, like it was blonde. She said she used purple shampoo until I wanted to know what it was bc it stained my hair. Then she admitted it was toner. Basically she fried my hair the wrong color somehow then tried to cover it up while she was shampooing me. The rest of my hair is fried and dingy grey looking.

Unfriendly stylists. Uneven haircut. Did not ask before giving layers. Would never come back. Very unsatisfied

Nice chain of reasonably priced hair salons. This particular Fantastic Sam's is clean and bright. It's either empty or not busy any time we've been here. Stylists aren't too chatty. Good cuts. Construction and vacancies in this strip mall may have impacted foot traffic. Business might pick up when Aldi construction is completed and tenant is found for the vacant spot that used to be LA Fitness.
