Male to Female Trans (you can tell) here went for a shorthaircut gave me a bad mens style cut even after showing pics of what i wanted all womens style.thought it looked ok leaving but no. They looked at me like im in the wrong place when i came in hardly spoke to me

Poor customer service, staff has rude attitude, doesnt listen to customer request, would not recommend

I got my hair cut here today ️ I didn’t get the name of the sweet lady who cut my hair but she’s awesome. Gave me exactly what I wanted! Very affordable and clean salon too!

Please if you plan to go get your hair done read this before you go!
I went there to get my hair and showed her a picture for reference, and than she did the complete opposite of what I asked. I called the salon after I got home and she manager was super rude and zero costumer service. Not professional and she argued with me over the phone. This place is only for old ladies so if you are young lady do not go there. They are not professional and rude.

Maral was AMAZING! So kind and gave me exactly what I wanted. She took her time and gradually decreased the length, asking me if I wanted to take more off. I am usually so nervous getting a haircut but she was professional and reassuring. I love the way it turned out.:)

It was FANTASTIC as the name states.
My lady listened intensely. Made sure she understood what I was saying Stopped while she was cutting and showed me each step of my cut to make sure I was happy with what she was doing My hair just how I asked

I have been a customer of this salon ever since it opened and I have been very satisfied by the professional and friendly service. I have moved away from living in Los Feliz to Toluca Lake to 2 other cities and now all the way in Lake Balboa and I always drive back to this Salon to get my haircut. The staff is great and they keep the place very clean which is really important for me and the owner is really nice and very professional. I would recommend everyone to try it out, youi'll love it.

STAY AWAY, Was an hour before close and they still wouldn't take me even though 3 employees were just standing around, not sure if it was my race or gender but either way they made me feel like a second class citizen. I would take my patronage elsewhere! STAY AWAY!

My daughter and I got our haircuts. We had 2 different hair stylist do our hair and both were great.

The hair professionals at this location do an incredible job of making one look good and the hair style had me getting great compliments from my friends. Thank you do very much for your services!

I DON’T recommend anyone coming here! I showed the lady named Karine what I wanted, and basically end up doing what she wanted and what was easier for her! Her attitude was unbelievably disrespectful acting like I wanted a cut for free. I even tipped her after the cut and didn’t even say thank you. DONT COME HERE! They don’t even deserve the one star that I gave them. Go spend your money somewhere else where they actually care about how they treat their costumers and listen to what they want!

I'm a new man after having my hair cut at fantastic Sam's. If it doesn't change your life, you're probably dead.

Good customer service but They don’t clean their combs and brushes
If you’re blacked I wouldn’t recommend, unless you’re really desperate. They don’t know what to do with our texture.

I went in with expectation of getting one hair color and came out with another. I came in with a picture of a hair color that I wanted but they didnt have it. So they suggested I buy the hair dye myself, which I did. I'm also aware that the color in the picture was probably not the same than the one I brought in, but the color on my hair wasn't even the same as the hair dye. I am usually not one to complain because I work with customer service, but one thing I've learned is that you have right to say something because you are paying. I'm overall upset with the results that I got.

Overall quality for the price is fine.
But.they must clean their combs and brushes.
I felt uncomfortable telling the hairdresser it in her face and I feel grossed out now.
