16Sheridan gave me a new head of highlights, and it looks great! She was pleasant and did a great job, considering it was our 1st meeting! All the others seem to keep busy the whole time too. I definitely will be returning!
Tasha is who I usually see. She knows how to do magic with my air. I have seen the other stylists there as well. I recommend this shop to everyone
I came in yesterday at 4 pm for a simple haircut, up to my shoulders. I do have to say the ladies there are nice. I didn’t notice until I got home and took a shower that the left side looked great but somehow she forgot about my right side and it was not even with my left side. Not worth the $28 dlls, it seems they are not experienced and don’t bother to check that each side is even. If you go there please check your hair before you leave, now I have to go and get it fixed.
Used to come here for years to see Michelle. She has sadly left and I went to another stylist named Sheridan. She was friendly enough but she literally butchered my pixie cut and I even showed her pictures! She has a pixie cut so I thought she would know what they're supposed to look like! She slicked it all with gel after cutting it, so I didn't notice till I got home what damage has been done. I cried and was embarrassed to go anywhere with this mess. I'm gonna go to a barbershop tomorrow and hope this can be fixed. Never going back here again.
I’m not sure why I come here, must be for convenience, because they are not friendly. I walked in with no customers and 3 people working they all just stared at me for about 2 minutes like I’m an alien, I’m not sure why, I’m just a regular person, then asked me what I wanted. I said “hair cut”? Then they all looked at each other for another 2 minutes in deep discussion with one coming out saying “ ok, I’ll take you. ” For some reason when I come here I always have a uncomfortable feeling like I had done something wrong. Then I got escorted back to my chair. I was asked, do you want a wash? Almost like it would be an extra bother, so I said no I guess I will just get a cut, thinking it would save me a few dollars, so I got my hair cut, like always too short and no style like these people trained on a Barbie doll. I was happy to be done only to find out every haircut comes with a wash so I basically paid for a wash but didn’t get it. The worst part is I tipped this individual. But I learned another lesson, and I guess that’s what life’s about. And I will NEVER go back. Your not not nice people and I’ve never had a good hair cut
The woman who cut my hair was very nice and friendly however when I got home I took a closer look and realized how choppy and uneven my cut was. Very frustrated and disappointed in the quality. I wish I could post the picture to show how choppy it is
My haircut was uneven and too short, they tried to fix and it was still a bit uneven. And still took short!
I don’t know why they make appointments when they don’t stick to it anyone that is on the schedule don’t come here because you’ll just sit and wait
Came in this morning for a haircut. Sheridan cut my hair and she was super nice! She really takes the time to discuss what you come in for and is very helpful with any questions you might have. She did a great job and I love my hair! Highly recommend, definitely will be going back
This salon is very nice. It is located in the shopping center. The stylist that cut my hair did a very nice job

Michelle cut my hair so that its healthy and full looking again she has a great attitude and wonderful technique and skill when it comes to hair. See her please she won't cut off all your long hair
I waited almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. After I got home thinking my hair was shocking and not wanting to do anything. I took a closer look at it and I got the most bluntest of blunt cuts for a layered short haircut that I could have ever imagined. My hairdresser was sweet and charming and friendly and everything but I think she was in a hurry to get home.
I have been going to this location for years. Normally I get a stylist that I have used in the past. They listen and give me what I want. However, every once in a while I will get a stylist that does not listen and I get a cut that is not what I asked for or wanted. Today was one of those days, so my request to management is when a customer asks for specifics with a hair cut, give it to them and if the customers tells you "You didn't do what I ask, DONT ARGUE WITH THEM". You get 2 stars because of the past hair stylists who actually listened to me.
I had emily cut my hair and she was super sweet, understanding, timely and knew what to do with my hair even without me knowing what i wanted done to my hair! Give her a raise:)!
I have had 3 different stylist cut my hair. Each one has been good and I just got my hair cut this last week and the precautions they take to protect their customers is excellent. They should not have to close for Covid because this shop goes the extra mile in prevention. THey have plastic drapes separating each stylist and they wipe everything down between clients.
I called to schedule an appointment. They answered the phone right away. The lady that answered said to please hold and sat the phone down. She didn't mute the call. They began to have a conversation about how she hasn't had a break all day and to not double book her, that she already has another appointment. She said well the phone isn't muted and yet they continued their conversation. I hung. Way to make your potential customers feel welcome.
