9Very friendly atmosphere and well run despite being short-staffed. First time here but definitely will not be the last.

First of all, you can tell the people here are disorganized and have no idea what's going on or what people are there for.
After a long wait the short older "blonde" lady with glasses was so rude and defensive. Normally when you say you want a trim the stylist gives a suggestion. She seemed annoyed that I wasn't sure and she even seemed like she wasn't sure how much of the damaged hair to cut. As she was getting ready to spray my hair, she was in a rush grabbing everything. She probably would have sloppily cut my hair too. No type of service in greeting me either.
Stylists also usually ask you to put your head down or warn that they're gonna push it down. She pushed my neck down twice. The second time I asked if she could not do that. She got defensive and was like "Okay put your head down then. " With attitude. And asked if I wanted another stylist. I couldn't take the disrespect anymore so I walked out and wasted an hour of my life at this joke of a place.
They don’t cut wigs…I was trying to help a friend out with her wig since she’s recovering from cancer. Customer service over the phone was not the best. There are a lot better places to go don’t waste your time here.
Sandi was terrific, and I love how it came out. I most definitely will be returning. The atmosphere is excellent as well.
I can normally count on getting a quality cut here it’s a great place most of the time. I come here often though I had a different girl this time. She was ok, I didn’t get a name, wasn’t very friendly but whatever.
My main concern is due to the current pandemic that she had on fake nails over an inch long now that seems unsafe at the best of times, never mind during covid It’s known fake nails are extremely unhygienic and collect even more germs than natural short nails which are still near impossible to sanitize but these were at an intrusive length and I would hate to think of anyone getting sick after.
Asked her to take off 3”. She took off less than 1. Very frustrated and going somewhere else.
This place is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to properly put down your personal information. I came 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment At 4: 00 PM. I told them on the phone what I wanted before I got there. When I got there, the unprofessionalism was immediately displayed. The lady didn’t have my name correctly written down and they didn’t have any of my personal information. I gave her my information and signed in. After I signed in I was told to go sit down and she asked me what I wanted (even though they should have known that already) and I told her. She said “Oh, we have you down for a haircut. ” I told her what I specifically wanted (which was a balayage) and she said she couldn’t do that cause they close at 6: 00 pm and it would take 3 hours. So you mean to tell me, you had my name incorrect, my service incorrect and now you’re telling me you can’t provide me ANY service? I told her I had already bought the Groupon and she told me “we don’t take Groupons anymore” so maybe that’s something they should clarify beforehand. She told me I had to leave and come back another time. I was so unbelievably upset, she already seemed to have a rude behavior. I’ve never complained in a review in my life until now. I had a scheduled appointment with wrong information and got told that I have to leave cause they can’t provide me any service. A professional person that made a mistake like that may have suggested staying just that 1 hour after they close since they messed up on their part
