Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Apple Valley CA

I took my son on Monday, mind you school starts the following week. Once I saw her going back and forth then after she shampoo's his hair I knew then she had messed up his hair. I asked for a medium fade and his cut was awful. It was not blended and one side was higher than the other and I kept telling her it wasn't even. To tell you the least I left very disappointed with the haircut he got. I don't know the lady's name but she was the last one one right side.

In all honestly this is my fault because I knew it wasn’t going to be a quality cut.but for some reason I did it anyways. I do not know the lady’s name but she was the stylist in the second chair on the left. She did not know what she was doing whatsoever nor did she put the effort into making it look halfway decent.so I will be going to an actual barber in hopes that they can fix her amateur cut

I’ve gotten a haircut here twice and both times have been great! The staff are friendly and professional. Wait times for me have not been a problem. I definitely recommend getting a haircut here. My husband also appreciates the service here.

Would give no stars if it was an option. Called to make an appointment and was informed to just come in. So go in and it’s a 2 hour wait. While in there I overhear worker tell customer they don’t take appointments. Not worth waiting two hours for a trim.
