Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Whittier CA

I did not have a great experience I didn’t get what I ask for my hair is now damage, while I was doing my hair the women that was working on it was asking the manger questions every other min you would think the manger would take over but she would just come and knodd her head and tell her to do this and that I felt comfortable because it was the manger helping out but as soon as I got home I noticed something was wrong a week later my hair was breaking and so dry. I called and didn’t get a refund they gave me 40 something dollars not even half of what I paid. I do not recommend this place.

Alexandra did an amazing job on my hair I love the colors and she gave me a healthy trim definitely going to be back

I wanted to UPDATE my review to 1 star:
I wish there was an option for -5 stars for the level of unprofessionalism from the manager and the circus she manages here. But anyway, I called on Saturday, March 4th to make an appointment with Maricela. I was told she no longer works there and that supposedly she went on vacation in December and never came back. I believe it was the manager Alejandra I spoke with. First of all, I find that story she's telling people super OFF and weird because my last visit with Maricela was literally on New Year's Eve for a retouch. Someone as responsible as Maricela wouldn't just leave like that. And 2nd of all, how are you telling me she left in December when I was there TWICE in December (before Christmas) and around New Year's Eve? Something is not adding up here. It's such a pity and so unfortunate this location lost such an extraordinary person like Maricela. Before I met Maricela. I've had my hair done in the past by the other girls there and it's always been a mediocre job. I met Maricela because she saw me crying after a horrible job a girl did on my bangs. Maricela was kind enough to fix the horrible job the other girl did on me. I gave this place one last chance only because of Maricela. I was a loyal customer because of her. But now she's gone, I have no reason to get my hair screwed up by these unprofessional clowns that work here. You just lost my business. Good riddance! 03/24/2023

Maricela is absolutely the best and the only reason I come here. Her work ethic is OUTSTANDING! I blindly trust her with my hair. It is very hard to find professionals like Maricela who truly care about helping their client achieve the best and healthiest options for your hair. She is truly and artist! She’s worked magic on my hair. I wish I could give her 5+ stars!

The hairstylist cut my hair totally uneven and gave me the worst haircut. It was a horrible experience. She had a very negative energy. I wish I could go back in time and just walk out once she looked at me.
