A couple of months ago I got into a car accident. Famers Insurance took really good care of everything beyond my expectations. My agent, Vilena, made sure I had great coverages. I strongly advise to give her a call and she will make sure you’re properly covered in the case of an accident.

I met Jessica a year ago through my experience leasing my Audi. She was so helpful and pleasant, when I mentioned getting a different insurer (we were with AMICA) for my new car I was relieved my new friend (I think I now have a friend in the insurance business! That’s how I feel!) was in the field.
First it was auto, then home, other home, etc. And every step was so easy, (my life is complicated and full of financial surprises) that the end result is we are insured where before we weren’t. It was so much worry and work, I always gave up before quite finished. I feel like she looks out after us, watching the dates to remind me as many times as necessary, breaking up payments and scheduling them for my greatest convenience, answering all my questions thoroughly and quickly. She goes to any length to supply what I need.
I actually feel like she’s an old and trusted friend who likes to help me make my life safe and my assets protected. She’s organized, she follows through, she knows her stuff and she’s always ready to research or make calls to learn more and answer everything I ask. I’ve never had an agent like her. She is what customer service should be like everywhere.

Recently had my insurance changed to Farmers from Mercury and I gotta say, I've never had an insurance agent go so far out of her way to help me, and answer my questions. She will even spend time to find the answer (or call and ask around) for me when she doesn't know. Oh, she usually gets back to me the same day if the system is quick enough. To be honest I'd be hard pressed to find another agent that works this hard for me.

Quickly and easily had both car and renter's insurance set up in a matter of minutes, when I thought it'd take days. Got a better deal than I was expecting. Any problems I've had since are handled by a real person and not an automated line. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!
