Neal was a lifesaver for my dad and I. I had been going round and round trying to figure out the right way to get my dad health insurance. We had some challenges with some of the medications that he takes. We were trying to weight the pros and cons of all the different options. Neal came up with a solution within two days of me reaching out that worked for all parties. He stayed on hold with Covered California on my behalf and asked all the right questions for me.
