Farmer’s Market West Side, Santa Cruz CA

It took me a long time to find parking and walk over to the farmer's market. Once I arrived I noticed no dog signs everywhere and also dogs everywhere, so no one listens but it still made me uncomfortable because I had a puppy with me. I was just there for coffee, I waited in the line to get coffee and once it was my turn, in fine print the bottom of the menu stated Cash Only. It's 2023, what company only does cash? They're losing customers, they lost me as a customer. Anyone running a small business should know the importance of accepting payment in a wide range of forms, otherwise they limit themselves and inconvenience their customers.

If you happen to be nearby at Saturday between 9 am to 1 pm, it’s a great place to visit. Food is fresh & tasty. Vegetable, fruits, flowers, meats & eggs are all good value. There is even a band there helping your shopping & dining moods! I carried two “big” almonds croissants from farmers market French Bakery all the way to my car at lighthouse field state park….
