6I LOVE this bank. I have used other banks in the past. 3 of the top well known banks to be exact. I had issues with all 3. I have never had a problem with F&M. The staff is friendly, helpful and they get to know you and your needs. They always have a smile and hello to all of their patrons. I wish that they had an office in Atwater BUT then again it wouldn't have the same people. If you're unhappy with your bank, go to F & M
I had to get copies of archive bank stmts and the banker was marvelous. She was pleasant and printed all I needed. They were short handed but still gave us great service!
Very friendly tellers. Great bank to put your money in. Even the ATM is special as they send out lollypops for the kids with your receipt.
Usually there is not enough help. 3 weeks in a row my husband deposited his check. The same lady made a mistake all 3 times.
My wife and I have been customers with Farmers and merchants since 2000.
My wife and I started a remodel on our house we just bought. My wife goes to the bank with a e-check to deposit from our cash out refinance and is told in a very rude I'm better than you tone "if this check IS real, you can't have any money for at least a week. " We've been loyal customers to f&m even when they are painfully slow, Rude or incompetent when dealing with easy situations. Their HORRIBLE (at best) app and always crashing website.
But no more! Today we break the Stockholm syndrome relationship we've had with F&M and leave to another bank who actually cares about you. Thanks Chase bank.
