We had a sudden ant invasion inside of our home, after a quick call into Fast Action we were able to Harold here within a couple of days. I was worried about having any type of chemical inside of our home. Harold gave us a few different options, walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. He also left us with some “ant bait houses” as a backup in case they came back. Thank goodness he did because while we were out of town our house sitter called to say there were ants in the kitchen. They were able to put the ant bait down and we haven’t had a problem since! He went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated!

I really appreciated our technician. I was not home to keep the dog inside. I got a call to reschedule the backyard but I was close enough to my house to run home really quickly. Harold was kind enough to wait for me to get there. He asked about our needs and was very informative as to how to best handle the situation.

Sean does a great job here in EG.gave me a lot of tips for things I can do to keep pest away myself too

Was supposed to have service completed. Tech said he completed the work and sent a bill. He never showed up at my home as evidenced by my security cameras.

Pest control effective very patient with all the questions I had asked and was very understanding with all the double backs I had to make sure every corner was sprayed bug free life.

This was only the first time using Fast Action, but I can tell they will be different from the other pest control services in the the past. Today, Nefi (tech), showed up on time, was professional and I could not believe how thorough he was. He was here significantly longer than past companies, making sure the job got done right. I hope they continue to impress me.
