I've used this store several times over the years. Generally very quick service. I think the longest I've had to wait was about an hour. Very fair prices, and I've not had any issues with their work.

I went in to have four watch batteries replaced I was charged $58 for three batteries and a broken watch they broke my $500 Mark echo watch and chose not to do anything about it other than try to blame me for being broken!

My husband took my very old Disney watch to be fixed. Somehow wasn't running right so we went back and took it to them. They kept their promise and made it running again. My husband did this for my 55th birthday. I believe I own this watch since I was 18. I just want to say thank you Fast Fix jewelry because you made my Mickey Mouse watch come back to life

Great price and very quick service. We came in a hurry and we need to get a name imprinted in gold it was very convenient. They helped make our final decision explain to us how everything works and help us find what’s right for us. The employees are amazing to. They showed us every template even if it took them 30 minutes. It made my family happy and I think you guys are making of you easy. Will come back

December 2021, I came in to resize a silver and ruby ring. They had it done within 2 hours and you can’t even tell the ring was resized, good quality work. The nice lady also gave me a little ring box for my ring. Thank you!

Wonderful place for all my watch repair needs. Even though the wife is more customer friendly than the husband, I've never had an issue with my repairs at a reasonable price.
