On saturday I took 2 wedding rings to be engraved, I was told they were gonna be ready on monday, I went to pick them up the next saturday and they were not ready. I was told they would be ready in an hour and they were not. After waiting another half an hour they were ready, but the quality of the engraving was not the best it was bad for what they charge. Very dissapointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. The male in the picture is racist. I asked for a certain product and was turned away because they have nothing “I’m interested in”. Instead of trying to treat me like a client I was disrespected before I could even get service. The female working with the male said the store did in fact have what I was looking for so the male refused to show me anything.

A reply to the owners comment: I walked in with my grandma who wears cultural clothing and the female worker said you did have Rolex’s in the back. In your reply to my comment you said you had no Rolex’s in stock which is not what you told me in person. You said you “have nothing I’m interested in” You have no idea what I can or can’t afford. Do not judge your clients before even servicing them. Rudest business I’ve ever encountered from a business owner at the age of 19. Kudos for the female employee for her etiquette if only the male could learn from her.

My granddaughter had a very special necklace that her Aunty had giving her and it broke and Fast Fix did an awesome job on it and she was so grateful! Highly Recommend Fast fix!

This Fast-Fix shop located in Roseville has excellent repair skills and a good service attitude. I replaced the watch battery and repaired the glasses frame at his house, and every time I was very satisfied. The boss also helped me correct the frames of another pair of sunglasses for free, solving the problem of my glasses having too wide frames. There is a skilled and attentive repair shop near here, which is really great!

I’ve gone here a few times for minor things and their work is as described, reasonably fast, and priced on par with other jewelers. They did a beautiful job resizing a ring, which sounds simple but has been fraught with issues for me before at other jewelers (tool marks left, had not actually been realized, etc!).

Took my EcoDrive watch in after it stopped working. Was expecting a week to pass by before I would get it back. Was ready for pick up the next day. Glad to have it back and working. Fast friendly service from the cashier to the craftsman in the work area. Thank you!

I had 2 watches that needs new batteries. Was only charged for 1 didn’t know the other one had lifetime warranty. I didn’t have proof but they knew I had it replace there before. I didn’t have wait so long either to have it replaced️

They fixed my wife's rolex and then fixed mine. All other jewlers wanted to send them to rolex for repair

Replaced watch crystal without notifying me that they no longer had a gasket to ensure the watch would be water resistant. Had battery and scratched crystal replaced in my Seiko watch (100meter Water Résistent) on 5/10/23. After wearing watch in the shower one time, water showed up on the inside of the crystal. Upon taking watch back to address the issue, if first response from staff was that the watch on not a water résistent watch. I pointed out the text on the watch face clearly indicating it is indeed water resistant. Then the response was “to clarify, I mean that it is not a diving watch. Do you dive with it? ” No. I pointed out again that it is water resistant to 100 meters as shown on the watch face. Then I was told that, because it is 20 years old they no longer were able to get a gasket to seal the crystal so it is no longer water resistant. They only told me this now, when I took it back to show them the water intrusion. They failed to disclose this when they first took the watch on, and never contacted me during or after the repair. Further, the business license they have posted on the wall expired on 2015. I recommend that nobody trust or use this business. Scam artists.

We have used their service for years and return because of their efficient, trustworthy, and professional service. Mostly we have had watch batteries replaced. In addition, they restrung a strand of pearls and restored a 1930s watch to working condition.

I came in to get a couple of my rings repaired as they were missing some stones. Two of them were just missing a small diamond on the side but one of them was missing one of it’s large main stones. I was so happy they were able to fix all three rings! The main stone that was missing was a pear shaped natural garnet and I was worried it would be very expensive to replace and very hard to find. But they were able to find a new stone and cut it to fit my ring in only about a week. I see other reviews complaining about the prices here however I do not agree. I think the prices here are very reasonable, considering other jewelry stores like Shane Co.quoted me $1,500 for a replacement stone and an additional $150 mounting fee! This place was able to find a new stone and mount it for me for only $69! They saved my wallet! I will definitely be coming back when I need anything else repaired. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the replacement stone is cut a little differently than the other stone already on my ring, but I am still very happy to have my ring finally fixed.

This is a wonderful place to get your jewelry repaired. They were very professional and did the necessary repairs beautifully and fast!

Every time I go in and get some thing fixed they are always so nice. Been taking my jewelry there for years very satisfied.
