I recently needed a fast eyeglass repair. They were happy to do it and got it done right away. Fact, I needed to have my wedding rings in some type of solution that the stores shine. They had it and they got it that really really quickly within an hour, I’ve been going there for years and I will continue to do that. They are really experts so what they do and they have a nice selection of jewelry.

Giovanni and Stephenie at the West Field Mall (Plaza Bonita) provided outstanding customer service and support repairing my old watch that was given to me by my uncle that had passed. Them understanding of the sentimental value and importance of the watch made me feel comfortable and confident knowing they would get the job done perfectly! I couldn’t be happier on how the watch came out!

Fast Fix National City has always given me and my family great service. I have trusted them for many years and will continue to. I’ve had jewelry repaired, watches repaired, batteries replaced and cleanings.

I called around looking for a place to replace a watch battery for my MVMT watch, where I was kindly referred to fast fix. I came in maybe 20 min before closing and Stephanie and Omar were extremely kind and helpful. They had me in and out in 10min tops. I really appreciate this place and can not recommend them enough.

Took 4 watches in to get battery replacements. The process was very quick. I was given a time estimate of approx. 30 mins. I think it went faster than that. I didn’t even have a chance to finish my meal from the food court before I got my text message for pick up. Kendra and the rest of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very happy with the customer service from the time I walked in the shop to the quick turn around time to repair two gold chains (30mins) and the price was reasonable I will be using them for future services and would recommend them to anyone in need of fine jewelry repair
