Excellent Service! The level of the service which I received was 10 /10. My ring was ready to pick up in the same hour and it looks like brand new ring!

Stopped in towards the end of the evening And there was only one associate she was already busy addressing other customers needs. Mine was a small insignificant repair, but it was treated as though it was the largest ticket of the day. Although no promises were made or expected my repair was complete in about 14 minutes and the total cost was well below what I was expecting to pay. Good customer service quick repair, and it was much appreciated.

I went to the Irvine location where I was told the tool to open my watches case back was in fashion island. When I arrived at fashion island was treated rudely and brushed off and told they did not have the tool needed to open my watch case back. No apology, no recommendation, zero empathy for wasting my time just a brush off. I made the mistake of not going to Jewelers on Time on time in the peninsula, we're they're comfortable with dealing with people that are different. I.e. A black businessman with an affinity for watches. Call me a cynic, but it seems as though staff there was really uncomfortable with me being there, which was not the case at my regular watch, servicer jewelers on time in the Newport peninsula. Do yourself a favor. If your high net worth minority businessman, athlete, philanthropist, go to jewelers on time in the peninsula, they know how to treat you.

I do business with Fast Fix for over 10 years starting the one in Santa Clarita Valley. Now in Newport Beach. Had great ownership and management. Excellent workers. Treat customers with exceptional care. Five star for sure.

Came in to have my necklace repaired. They did it on the spot for a very reasonable price. They even cleaned it for no charge. They were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

The service was great. What I requested was done quickly. However,
I asked for a battery replacement for 2 small decorative clocks from Waterford Crystal. They charged $20 each for the batteries. I just looked up online that the entire clock insert with battery is $15 each. This place is way overpriced. I should have known better. It should be called Fast Buck!

Fashion Island is not cheap. I came in ready to pay for an expensive jewelry cleaning for an inexpensive ring that has a lot of sentimental/spiritual value to me. Lucky for me, God had me arrive at Fast Fix, owned by a very kind and generous man named Saeed who immediately took care of it for me very meticulously! I would definitely come back here for any:

Brought in a broken necklace that I needed to be fixed and the chain had a knot that needed to be untangled. It was fixed back to normal in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Happy customer.
