Fast and efficient. Fair price. Second time using their services in two years. One for AC recharge and now for alignment (two different vehicles). Great experiences both times. Very short wait. Able to schedule an appt online 24 hours+ in advance.

They always go above & beyond for me every time. This is the only place I take my car. Great friendly customer service

I went to Fast Tire Auto Service off Newport Road, before the incident on my way to Los Angeles. All employees were on break for Lunch. Tire Service Technician Travis went and helped us out on his lunch break to fix a loose tire to help me go on our way. We were on a time meeting to be somewhere. Travis was so friendly and showed me the inside the tire to make sure inner liner wasn't damaged and was safe from running it a short distance to get off the road and a safe place, Travis repaired the tire and put correct pressure at 36psi and balanced the loose repair based on my request. Management was supportive and friendly as well. Definitely earned my business for the first time visiting and my referrals. Thank you for being open especially on Sunday to take care of my concern. You guys deserved my 5 stars. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

Just want to thank Paul and Steve for the great customer service. I had my vehicle serviced recently and had a minor tire issue.without hesitation they jumped into action and fixed my tire issue. You have to show recognition when a business does you right. Thank you “FAST TIRE AUTO SERVICE”.

Not a great experience after reading through all their great reviews. Had my car towed here after it wouldn’t start at the recommendation of AAA. I called to make sure that they would be able to work on my car that day. The first guy I spoke to called me at 10: 22am to let me know it arrived at their shop and told me it would be $155 for the inspection. I agreed and he said he would call me back after the inspection. No call. I finally called them to see what was going on at 4: 03pm (they close at 5pm) and spoke to Eddie. He said that the inspection was completed a while ago and that my car was out front. I asked him if they had already fixed it and he said no that they had to make sure I knew the price first. That made sense to me, but what didn’t make sense is why nobody called me to let me know they had diagnosed the problem and to let me know the price instead of letting it just sit there all day. He quoted me $890 for an oil change, a new battery, and a gasket cap.

They told me they could have it done by the next day and that it would be ready before noon. Once again I never got a call to let me know it was ready. I called them at 11: 35am the following day to find out if it was ready to pick up. Spoke to someone that sounded like Eddie but he did not identify himself. He said he would check with the tech and call me back. Someone called at 12: 12pm to say something went wrong when they ordered the parts and that they wouldn’t be in for yet another day. AGAIN NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME THIS PRIOR TO ME CALLING, SO AGAIN MY CAR WAS JUST SITTING THERE! I asked if they could make it run without the parts and they said they could have it running in an hour and I can come back when the other parts come in.

All they did was replace a battery and do an oil change, that is a one day job, but because of their poor communication skills I’ve now had to miss multiple days of work. I understand that sometimes there are staff shortages, but a professional establishment would call to update a customer. Otherwise price was fair and staff was friendly, just absolutely horrible communication.

Amazing and Saved me some money! My brakes feel brand new! RICK IS AWESOME AND THE BEST! He helped me out with so much, he told me they would check my brakes to see the best plan for me, being I didn’t have much money at the time. He prioritized what I should get done first so that I’m safely driving my vehicle. I’m coming back to get all of the work done on my vehicle!

Willing to help with all of my questions did new tires, checked my breaks, tire sensors, alignment. In less than 2 hours i was out of the door.

Not very honest, be careful with these guys. It could be a simple issue and they will say its another.

Excellent Customer Service!

I had just put gas in my car and noticed a message on my dash that displayed "check oil level at next refueling. " It had come on before, however, in the busyness of my days, I had forgotten. I was headed over to Tommy's Express Car Wash and happened to see Fast Tire & Auto Service, decided to pull in, told them the situation and asked if they could take a look at the oil level.

Rick was extremely kin. He immediately told me to pull up to the first bay, he checked my level and put a quart of oil in my car (NO CHARGE)! Of course, I was expecting to pay; it was very inexpensive. In fact, I was going to tip him just for being so quick to respond to my immediate need.

I'm so grateful for the kindness that some people still show. Small deeds go a long way. I would definitely recommend!

Good news I bought new windshield wipers. Bad news I couldn't figure out how to replace them. Thank goodness for Ray at Fast Tire! I bought tires and also get my oil changed here so I knew they could help me. Ray came right out to my car and installed the new wipers in less than 5 minutes! Great customer service. I was really stuck and appreciate Ray's help so much! This kind of thoughtfulness and assistance will keep customers coming back! Thank you Ray!

Yesterday my wife stopped in for a leaky tire on our Cadillac- it was 10 am and it was already swamped…. Every bay was already full with an hours long wait list. Elizabeth helped my wife by talking to a tech and pushing our Caddy to the front of the line for a tire swap (my wife had mentioned she was rushing to make it to her cancer appointment). The staff here all went above and beyond - now we are customers for life! Thank you for taking care of her for no reason other than being nice. It’s much appreciated.

I had a flat so I went in thinking I needed a new tire. The new tire would’ve been around $250. They came in and told me it was easily fixable and ended up charging me a small fraction of what I would’ve ended up paying for a new tire. Fast service, friendly, and very helpful. Will definitely come back if I have tire problems again in the future.

Great place to get work done on what ever you drive. Owner is a NHRA dragracer and and a good one at that. He runs his business tha same way, clean and quick. I'll be back as needed.

5 stars because this place gets you in and out. They are very personable and don't try to nickle and dime you like other shops and dealerships. Rick is always a pleasure to work with. If your car needs a little loving, I suggest bringing it here!

Unbelievablely awesome experience. There was a problem outside of their control and they went above and beyond to get my car taken care of the same day. (Other companies would have made me wait a week while they wait for the supplier to sort things out.) These guys have a client for life! Also, they answer the phones quickly, are courteous and green you as soon as you walk thru the door, no matter how busy they are. Thank you Leonel and crew!
