Fast5Xpress Car Wash Beaumont

Worse car wash, does not clean anything. The bumper stayed dirty, the roller at the end was broken that left my windshield with spots of water. The guy also asked you to upgrade because the upgraded one have chemicals but would not guarantee the service! And to upgrade with a malfunction machine roll at the end? Really? What a joke! I do not recommend! FYI Pics are after the car wash. Yes very dirty like nothing happened.

After buying a suv I signed up for the premium membership car wash service
After a while I noticed scratches on my Yukon
The management at the time took pictures and said he’d get back I called him a few times and he said he’d get back to me
Now the scratches are ten times worse
I contacted them again I was told they don’t have anything for my complaint
I tried not to file a insurance claim but I guess that’s my fault for not following up
And trying to avoid the insurance going up
But here’s a heads up

CHANGE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD!

I have been the BIGGEST FAN of Fast5Xpress since they opened. I have five (5) cars and take four (4) of my vehicles to Fast5 each week. And I only buy the Platinum wash. You do the math. Four vehicles, four times a month. And when the weather is bad I take them in more than four times. And I don’t have a monthly pass, so I pay the full price.

When I first started going to Fast5, I met Allison, the manager. A bubbly young lady with the biggest smile. Always happy and always welcoming. She would always try to sell me a monthly pass, but I told her I simply enjoyed the interaction each week with she and her incredible team.

Of the four (4) vehicles I take each week, three are suv/trucks. Since the first day, I always had them to let the brushes down on the my trucks to assure they get totally clean. Allison had explained that it was the policy of the company not to let brushes down on trucks as they could sometimes do damage. I agreed that I had full coverage on all my vehicles and I would waive any right to bring any litigation. And they clearly have signs indicating they weren’t responsible for any damage. That said, Allison’s team always gave me the option of lowering the brushes and my vehicles were always sparkling clean. Never a problem……. Then came the change!

Allison announced to me one day the company was moving her to another site. It broke my heart because she is so nice. I kind of look at her like one of my kids. Just incredibly nice. Well she was replaced with Elijah. I haven’t met him yet, But I’ve met his team and they’re terrible and I know one thing about Elijah. He doesn’t keep his word. And where I’m from a man’s word is his currency. Well Elijah is penniless.

I went into the carwash this past Thursday (Nov 1) to get my first suv washed. I paid for the platinum. I asked for the brushes to come down and the young man refused. I asked for the manager (Mark) who instructed the young man to refuse that service. I was allowed to wash the truck twice and it still was not clean. I told Mark how disappointed I was and how much I missed Allison and the great service she and her team always provided. He didn’t care. I asked him to give me the number for the manager. He refused and stated there were no business cards. He stated he would take my number and have Elijah call me. And he assured me I would get a call. Guess what, both Elijah and Mark are liars. As I stated a man keeps his word. And they’ve both shown me they haven’t developed the characteristics of manhood. And as an elder, I’d be happy to teach them.

Why would I pay $16 for my trucks four times a month only to have them still be dirty? The answer is I won’t. I’ll have to drive from Beaumont to San Jacinto to go to Tommy’s Express Car Wash because they’ll give me what I pay for. And yes, I would drive four vehicles that far to get a clean car! I wish I could get Tommy’s to open a location in Beaumont. I’d rather support a business in Beaumont, as I’ve done since Fast5Xpress opened, but they don’t want my money and I won’t pay for something I can’t get. A clean vehicle!

I wish Allison would come back. She was the best. And it she can’t come back, have her mentor Elijah in how to treat dedicated, devoted, paying customers. Four (4) vehicles, four times a month minimum, every month. You do the math. Fast5Xpress just lost a great customer.

First time using the car wash today and it broke the passenger side rear view mirror. Was told that my mirror was most likely already lose and that's why it broke. They will do nothing about it. Asked if this happens often and they said yes but they do nothing about it. They are all about not damaging the enviornment and yet they are ok with damaging our vehicles.

We get excellent service and a great car wash at this location. We especially appreciate Sergio and his fun attitude and helpfulness. We’ll be back!

Get the 10.00 wash, better cleaning than the 7.00. Free vacuum cleaners. Very quick in and out. Thinking about getting the monthly wash deal, right now while it's summer.

2 weeks ago I washed my SUV and it seemed to me that they had put a ridiculous amount of soap in it and my car was very poorly washed because apart from the fact that it was running very fast, it didn't even dry halfway.
Today I came back and now absolutely no soap came out, they washed my car with pure water and very quickly again, I just gave away my money so they could add water to it! It didn't dry again because of how fast it was. The employees said everything was fine and turned around and ignored me just don't go to that place the manager very bad attitude. Several people complaining about the same thing

It literally STINKS of urine, in the vacuuming area it is super dirty and stinking of urine it is unbearable, what a way to make sure that your clients last a short time by vacuuming the cars in a short time.

I prefer to clean my own vehicle. Cause I know it's done right. So far they've kept the place clean, vacuum cleaners working and staff friendly.
