Fast5Xpress Car Wash Pasadena

One of my go to car wash places. I enjoy the quality of the wash and I like how they have the compressed air blower to knock out any dust in the car. Also pretty nice that they have a vaccine with the round attachment and not just the flat which many other places have and makes it hard to vacuum certain areas. Only other thing is that it gets packed so prepare to wait in line.

Gave my new car it’s first ding. Took a chunk out of the right rear door panel going through the wash. If you care what your car looks like, never go here!

I come here all the time to get my car washed. Pretty good each wash, facility is easy to access, clean, and standard…! Would recommend. 8 bucks for a good wash?:) very nice.

Ran sienna van through twice, signing a waiver the 2nd time. Windshield got dry this time but entire rear was untouched, not even wet. No refund and asked for my cc again to prove I paid for gold wash. I will be calling corporate. Calibration is clearly off, and service personnel leaves a lot to be desired.

Pretty good value for the money. Only thing that sucks is that if you get the plan with 4 washes, they don’t roll over into the next month if you don’t use them all. So during the raining months it’s not ideal. The wash is not amazing, but it gets the job done. Other than that, it’s pretty cool to be able to take your car / truck for a quick wash and keep it looking fairly clean. It can get packed quickly but the line usually goes by very quick.

The wash was quick. However, the car wasn't cleaned enough. I'm not trying to compare it with a hand wash service. The back of the car wasn't cleaned at all. Big patches of dust were left untouched on both sides of the license plate. The small yellow tree sap spots were left as it is. This means that the soap wasn't strong enough to remove it that short amount of time

A clean and well maintained facility. I came here on a Sunday afternoon. The wait was only 15 minutes. Be sure to use the credit card line if you're able to, it was much shorter than the All Customers line. Prices are average for this type of car wash. I purchased the silver package which was $11. They didn't give me anything to wipe the interior which would have been nice. There were plenty of vacuum stations available and they were very generously spaced. Vacuums had very good suction much stronger than a household vacuum. Overall it was a very good experience I'd come back.

I’ve had both platinum and bronze memberships. Car wash doesn’t clean the back of my car or tires. It also asks you to renew early so I only was able to use my membership for 26 days not the full 30.

First time here and the wash broke down. The wash breaking down wasn't the big deal but it was the amount of time the employees took leaving us all stuck in the line with no way to exit. About 6 cars all stuck in the line for 20 minutes. Once they finally moved the barriers to let us exit we were told we couldn't get a refund but instead a free wash for next time.its not free as I already paid and it's inconvenient because I don't live in the area. Should have been let to exit right when it broke down and should have been allowed a refund.

The only express car wash in Pasadena. Talk about monopoly. Long lines, decent service and an overpriced exterior wash. If you go either really early or really late (before closing) you'd miss the lines on most days. They do not have a rain check policy (at least not published) and offer Yelp review perks.

This wash never gets my car 100% clean, so it's not really worth the money, but I rarely pay full price. They offer 50% off your second wash if you save your receipt, so make sure you use this as it can save you a lot of money over time. Vacuum spots are often packed, but they are really well maintained and they also offer compressed air nozzles to knock off water hanging out between weather stripping, handles and mirrors.

Platinum wash is a decent deal and they offer memberships for those that religiously wash their cars. Might be a good deal for some. If you go down the non-self service lane, you get wipes and an air freshener with your purchase.

Tldr. Ok car wash, but you don't have many express options even though the "express" is negated by long lines and often no availability for vacuums.

Usually pretty quick, and the transaction is easy, but they NEVER enforce the time limit and way too many people will spend 20-30 minutes plus detailing their vehicle instead of drying, vacuuming and moving along. Really ruins the speediness you pay for.

It got my car wet…but not clean. Haha. And the line was about 20 minutes long just to get in. Free vacuums though!

Quick, fast and easy. My granddaughter loves that she can sit in the car while it gets washed. I have no problem, vacuuming my own car and cleaning some windows.

Always a busy place great service and I love the air pressure feature they should all have them. Overall one of my favorite self carwash.

Decent wash. No drive-thru cleans completely. Friendly staff. Well-operated and short wait-time. Vacuum-time is a big plus!

Today a thing just makes no sense. We come to get our car washed as we usually did. We were vacuuming at a spot which is obviously a designated vacuum spot, an employee (wearing a blue shirt) who parked at the backyard insisted on asking us to move to some other spots so she could drive out, even doing so when we said we would be finished in 5 min, with no reason, no “please”, no “sorry”. This is very rude to the customer who just PAID to be here and do everything as a normal customer

Always packed but after the actual wash, there is a station for vacuuming the inside of your car!: D
