Really slow and terrible service. This is my third and last time using them, first time i used the one in the Valley, and they were great and fast. This location took 10 days to return my on-line order (here is the Fast part) then another week to get it going and when it was finally ready, Josh sent the email but didn't bother to call or text.
I missed my deadline, paid $400 for the useless product i don't need, and now I really feel special. What a way to retain the customers, never4 ever again i'm dealing with them.

Needed banners on a rush basis. Got quality banners with quick, courteous and efficient service. Job was done right the first time.

This location has consistently delivered on quality, value and meeting deadlines. Our church has relied on Fast Signs-Culver City for all of our banners and signs and we plan on continuing this relationship.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. If I could leave no stars I would. Do not stick to their word, are NOT helpful, the worst worst worst experience.

Fast signs has always provided friendly, reliable service. They recently went above and beyond to expedite a complicated job, keeping me informed of progress along the way and even catching a typo in the text we delivered to them. I won’t go anywhere else for signs!

We have used them for many years for this type of order. They keep good records and efficiently fill our new needs.

We had a sign installed at our restaurant 4 months ago and half our bulbs are dead. We have asked them several times to please replace the bulbs while they figure out why this keeps happening (it happens to both our restaurant signs regularly). It’s like pulling teeth trying to get this resolved and in the meantime, our restaurant looks janky because of this awful sign. I’ve been super nice and patient up to this point where they seem to just not care and are incapable of resolving the issue. Do not recommend this company.

Fastsigns was absolutely incredible to work with in every way. They were patient as we went thru every mock up and never made Ilya feel rushed or that we were unnecessarily wasting their time. We used them many years ago and it was great and this many years later.still consistently great in every way! People are stopping to take pictures of our sign.need I say more.use them.
