FASTSIGNS, Lake Forest CA

I am still waiting on the brochures that we ordered two weeks ago. Set the expectation that they would be ready within 5 days, and I've had to reach out multiple times. Communication and follow-through could be improved.

I dropped off a sketch yesterday to get 4 signs made at 8: 30 am. Person said they would email me a quote.
I never received a quote.
I just called and spoke with Chris.
Asked him for the estimate.
He then asked me for the estimate number.
I was not given an estimate number.
He then told me to call back tomorrow as that person is off today.
They need to change name to
NO SIGNS, WASTE YOUR TIME COMPANY.

It is very easy to order products based on my specifications and the turnaround time is very fast.

I liked the customer portal. Very user friendly. We were able to get our signs created in about a week. We will be using them again in the future.

I sent a last minute request and the team was fast, friendly and so professional. I got everything I needed in time, and it was a great experience! And the pieces we ordered looked amazing.

I've recently had this location of FASTSIGNS print several 24x36 and 24x48 photos mounted on foam board. The quality of the prints on matte paper has been excellent. Mounting quality has also been great. The FASTSIGNS team has been quick to respond to all of my requests and their pricing has been very competitive (better) than even the cheap internet shops. I'd much rather print local and have a company that I know will stand behind the work. I definitely recommend them!

I have used Fast Signs in Lake Forest for two projects. Once in 2017 and again in 2020. The owner is really good about understanding your vision, taking the artwork to his team, and making sure it gets done in a timely manner. There was a wee problem with the installation of one of my window clings but it was fixed the very next day with no hiccups. From the owner, to the designer, to the installers everyone is very kind and professional. I would recommend.
