Fatburger & Buffalo's Express, Los Angeles CA

I ordered a burger and fat fries. I waited for my food and they handed it to me, so i walked away. I looked in my bag and sae skinny fries. I went back in and they told me they no longer have fat fries.

I literally only made an order because i was cravint fat fries. In short, be careful because they're definitely not trying to be honest.

Not good at all. I’ve been to other Fatburger locations that were way better. Not sure if it’s just location but they got the entire order wrong. Worst part is the order was to go and wasn’t able see the issues after the fact. Gave us the wrong order of fries, the fries they did give were soggy. Onion rings on the burger were burnt forgot most of the toppings that were requested. Truly a mess. Don’t recommend

Worst GrubHub order of all time. Didn’t include napkins or straws for the drink. Take so pride! Only leaving three bc they’re open late.

I ordered an XXXL burger and fries with a drink here. The burger was very tasty and huge in size, but the meat was very salty. I'd say that's the upper limit of salt for something that can be considered edible. Overall, we had a very good meal, inexpensively and fairly quickly. It's good that the guys work until 2 am. And yes, of course, the bathroom could have been cleaner; the sink was long overdue for replacement or bleaching.

I've to this location many times as it is close to my house.
I've been to many around Los Angeles because it is my favorite burger. I'm not one to say what great place it is because it's popular or or popular to say so. I just say it like I see it.
This was like all the rest when it opened up. Consistent! Since then the service has declined. I was there yesterday and got a dbl.king combo. The food was good but it took a bit to get the cashiers attention. No biggie but I noticed because I chose to dine in, I was given a number on a stand like a few other customers. What was different is they call out your number and you go yourself to get your own food instead of it brought to you. Most fast food places will call out a number and you get your own food. Not at Fat Burger, or so I thought. That may not be a big deal for some but because of my hip it is difficult to get in and out of my seat. It's not like it was busy or short staffed. I will continue to go there in the hopes that things will change.
I still love the food but service is part of the experience. After all with the prices consumers are paying these days good food and service go hand in hand.
I've had other less than pleasurable experiences here incase anyone is wondering.

Standard Fatburger. You want to take someone special out for a burger, I would come here. Staff here aren't always great. Food is standard, very happy with. Parking is usually okay, but can be an issue at times. Entrance, counter, restrooms, seating, and parking are all accessible.

Every time I've been here they are always understaffed and it takes forever to pickup an order when placing in advance. They could easily hire more people but probably just want to cut expenses

Where should I even start? Everything is just amazing. The hospitality the food the service. I highly recommend this location. Amazing job guys specially night crew! Special thanks to the manager Sal and the cashier Monnita. See you guys again. I want to be sure that these amazing people get recognized for their amazing ddvdvjob. Thank you guyssssss.

They don’t have chili fries on their delivery orders anymore. Checked both doordash and ubereats

I stumbled in way late after a wild eve on the town and could not have been happier with the food and service! Thank you all so much for the awesome and MASSIVE burger, fries and shake!

I have never been to such a terrible tasting Fatburger. The burger was dry, and all the soda tasted the same. Something was obviously wrong with the soda machine and the tea was sour. They definitely need to clean the tea machine.

I'm never going back there and would never recommend this location to anyone.

Ignore the bad reviews. This place is amazing! The wings and burgers are delicious. Also, the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places to sit and everything was really clean. I think the haters are just people who are too pretentious for this type of establishment.

I had the veggie burger, onion rings and a shake and they were all AMAZING! The staff was very nice, as well! Absolutely recommend!

Skinny burger is so good I would come back to have it again anytime. Service is hit or miss. If you have not tried this place, there is better but they do stay open till late.

Burger was underwhelming and overpriced. Liked the space and staff was friendly. I will pass in the future.

Been here several times hoping they get it together but always disappointed. Place is always dirty, employees don't seem to care, never asking if they can help with anything.skimpy on the napkins, and condiments. No team work, your on your own once you order. Employees always talking while others work hard like the lady cook who is always there. Please take this team to visit another site for some training.

Extremely cold made it uncomfortable to enjoy my food that got cold asap because of the freezing temperatures. Will not go back.

Great place for a burger feast. The wings surprised me, too.
