I liked the first visit. She was courtious professional and used good products. I will make a return appointment.

Very rude and cancelled abruptly without informing you about refunds or reschedule.

Told me they had car trouble the day of my appt, and of course it was no problem. But didnt offer to reschedule until I asked. And on the day we rescheduled to, no call no text and no response when I reached out.

I've had such excellent experiences with Fatima. She always does a lovely job with my hair and I can see how much healthier it is now. I've came here for silk press and braiding services and she is consistently professional. Love that her salon is one person at a time, meaning you know she is focused on your hair only during your appointment. Super skilled braider and a beautiful person too. Thank you, Fatima!
