Fausto’s Bail Bonds helped out my friend tremendously. The staff was very nice and informative. I fully recommend anyone seeking bail assistance to come to them.

I saw Fausto's Bail Bonds on Yelp. I then called, Jeanette answered, I told her the bond, and she said no problem. She explained to me as a person never having to do this, however everything worked. When I got into the office, she was nothing but professional, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. She even told me of a location where I could wait until the person was bonded out and gave an estimated time.
Upon their release, we went back to Fausto's and with Jeanette now gone for the night, we met Fausto. He too was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He was patient, informative and insightful and made a crazy day, more tolerable.
I would recommend Fausto's to anyone in the area in need.

Very quik and responsive, informative the ladies where very nice to speak with know wonder they have been a name of the valley for so long.

Using them started out very very well they were incredibly friendly at first. I guess the female messed up something that she wasn't supposed to and her boss came down very hard on her. When I tell you this woman called me and cursed me out. I have actual receipts of texts from her as well on the company number. Not only was she rude to me she was rude to my cosigner. On three separate occasions her and her boss let me know she had messed up and should not have let it go through. So when I tell you this woman screamed at me and cursed at me. I would never use them again.

They are awesome there. Thank you Toni for the help on the phone. You were a God send for my fiancee. Thank you also to Maureen for making the paperwork easy and fast and you always had a smile on your face. Awesome customer service when in a time of need. No one helped but they did. Awesome staff! They are so NOT judgy! They were extremely nice and helpful! We hope to never have to use them again but if we do.they're definitely getting our business again. The only time I want to see them again would be at a grocery store. Super nice people.
