Had a great experience. Needed my passport renewed for an upcoming trip. Just showed up without a reservation, and they handled everything from there. They had my passport expedited and back to me within 1-2 weeks even though I only got the standard service and turnaround time. Nice man who helped me seems happy to be doing what he does. Glad to see it. Highly recommended!

Beware! It is a SCAM.they will take your money and you will not hear from them again. Somehow they’ve found a way to manipulate the reviews to make them look good. Don’t fall for it. We paid them $350. We’ve been waiting for 5 weeks. Our flight is on Monday and they won’t even pick up the phone. And the worst part, they will put the blame on you. In our case, it is my 5 years old fault. Such a bad business practice.

Made a 3: 15 appointment. Arrived at 3: 17 after calling and asking for directions. Receptionist just shrugged.

I’m giving this place a one star because I can’t give 0. I called on the phone nd I was never informed that I needed to go to Redondo beach post office because that’s the only post office you can go without appointment to bring in your passport application. After driving from Inglewood to westwood to this office, they have me filled out a application and asked me to take it to Redondo beach post office then bring the sealed envelope from Redondo Beach post office back to them in Westwood. What inconvenience! Ok when I was doing my application at the end where it ask what name was printed on last passport the lady told me to just put my son 1st and last name that’s all. Upon arrival at Redondo beach the lady in the passport office said the application wasn’t properly done and that my son middle name needed to be included along with some other errors she pointed out. She said I would have to go back to westwood to get it corrected as I went through 3rd party and won’t be able to correct it myself. I give FB Express a call to inform them the problem. The gentleman answered the phone and was saying that’s my fault not there fault and he kept going on and on and cut me off whenever i wanted to talk. I asked if I can get my money back. LOOK if you live in westwood and you have an Appointment at a post office close to you, maybe you can give it a shot! IF YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT A POST OFFICE CLOSE TO YOU. YOU WILL BE SENT TO REDONDO BEACH! You’ll Thank me later. I give this place a Solid 0 starts for have me wasting my whole day driving back nd forth, bad customer service and communication issues.

I paid for the quickest service they offer and they got it back to me in 7 business days! (I picked it up from there office) AMAZING SERVICE!
