Don't go here, showed ip with a box to ship vida fed ex. Guy in the back on the phone while there a big line of people waiting Finally he came out after a lady was getting mad. I wait 15 minutes and finally he ask me what I needed, told him I had a barcode to scan to ship out a box and he said the don't scan barcodes there that there that I have to go to fed ex store. Makes no sense!

I only come here if I'm forced to like the guy owner is very rude but his wife is very nice but she's never there hardly. I even called him out on blatant favorable treatment last week but of course he did not try to apologize but had many excuses and explanations

Horrible customer service.waited 20 minutes and the lady did not want to take my Fed-Ex return that I had already processed through the app. She told me I had to drive to Upland to make a Fed-Ex return. Doesn’t your shop state you are a authorized ship center? ‍️ ‍️

I sent off an envelope, the guy who works there was hiding behind some small displays, once I found him, he was quite and had no demeanor about him, very cold

Customer service not good they wanted me to email fed ex label then kept saying never received after poor response went to another place they scanned right off my phone and shipped packed very neatly no charge gave tip they refused but the service at other place was awesome postal annex LaverneI wouldn't have even gave 1star if possible please

Save your time from going here. They don't have the equipment for standard FedEx returns.
