I paid Best Buy for a speedy delivery, as soon as FedEx had the package I was sent a message that it would arrive late. Then another message that it would arrive later. I got a message it was now delivered, however when I got home it was not on my porch or behind my side gate as they will sometimes do. I found it half way up my 30’ sidewalk in plain site from the road - ON THE SIDEWALK! They couldn’t walk 16’ further and put it on the front porch! This was an iPad setting there waiting to be taken. “Thanks” for caring.

My package has been riding in their truck for an entire week. I've complained twice, still nothing. They even said they stopped one day and no one was here. I'm literally looking out the window all day. Go with UPS

FedEx driver left 4 packages in the lobby of our building around 6: 30 pm to 7: 00 pm inside the entry door after the office had closed at 4: 30 pm. When I called the 800 # I was connected with a call center in Central America and I had a hard time understanding what the rep was saying. The rep put me on HOLD! As I decided to post the problem on line I had been on hold for 18 minutes. Then I was transferred to a phone tree and asked "How would I rate the service of this call? " I gave it a 1.and then they hung up.it should have been a minus zero.

I expected a package today and they never showed. Tracked it online and it says “incorrect address. ” Called customer support and they said I couldn’t pick up my own package at the facility and I couldn’t meet the driver. My address is correct! It’s also on my front mailbox. Driver did not want to drive 5 seconds down my driveway and deliver it. Where are they finding these drivers? !

There are lots of toxic remarks by the managers and co workers at FedEx. Just be aware of the negative attitudes toward disabilities.

1/03/20 Canon printer in original box scanned out of Walgreens Morgan Hill, CA FedEx Ground shipping inventory when FedEx driver picked up the box as shown on Walgreens security camera. FedEx driver did not scan the box into FedEx system. No scanning of box since Walgreens. LOOKS LIKE DRIVER STOLE THE BOX. BEWARE OF USING FEDEX GROUND THAT WOULD BE SERVICED THROUGH WATSONVILLE FEDEX GROUND!

Package was not deliver on time talked to 3 diffeent people 3 diffrent answer now my package for deliver until monday irratating!

The delivery driver told my kid that he is going to stop delivering my wines to my house since I wasn't home to sign. It's your job regardless of it's an inconvenience or not that you have to redeliver. Don't talk to my kid.

I was supposed to have a package delivered Friday. The delivery was cancelled because the sender didn't complete the address information. I rescheduled the delivery for the following Monday. I waited until 5 P. M.on Monday before I called and found out that they don't deliver on Monday. You shouldn't allow customers to schedule a delivery on days that you don't deliver.

Be sure to ring bell for service and your package labeled and ready for shipment prior to arrival or you will not be able to drop off your package

Have had a package sitting at their compound since monday. Was just notified my package wouldn't get here until friday. Their compound is 20 minutes away from where I am. Every time I order something and it has to go through FedEx I know it is going to show up late.

"Had" to stop by to pick up my package that could not be delivered due to construction in my area.

Although the 800 number incorrectly informed me that it was here "right now" and I could go get it- the visit was pleasant.

I had to kill about an hour of waiting time before the driver actually returned but everyone who I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunate that the 800 help center does not communicate with the local areas because they could have saved me a lot of time.

Our package was picked up at the Watsonville warehouse early in the morning, the driver noted "delivered at front door" at 12: 42 pm. It was never delivered. Address was correct.
We have video cameras and never did a FedEx or any other carrier stop by our house at any time.
Luckily our vendor will replace the order and notify FedEx.
SMH I read some reviews employees were caught steeling packages. Hmmmm

Packages go missing. They are stealing packages, also know people who know someone who used to work here, that person used to steal packages along with his co-workers. A few were fired but it’s an ongoing thing, packages go missing, BEWARE! And don’t trust this facility or any package leaving the Santa Cruz - Monterey, they manage these packages. I dropped off a package at a Carmel Valley express Dropbox with valuables, this was obvious through the destination address. Package was never scanned, most likely stolen. Be really careful when using Fedex. They have been extremely unhelpful and do not want to assist or own up to it.

I use this venue all the time. They are convenient and easy to use. They are helpful and always makes sure my packages and letters get to their destination. Santa's little helpers!
