FedEx Ground reviews
16East in and out but hard to park a trailer with other trailers not parked right or them just dropping follies Dollie’s anywhere.
FedEx used to have great reputation before they expanded ground. I worked for Express for a hot second and the training and ethics were excellent. What’s going on with the company now? Did the owner pass already? Drivers look sloppy and careless, they’re probably being paid badly. Whenever I can, I use Express, it’s much better than ground but their prices are high!
The worst experience by far. After 5 days they said my package is on a trailer that hasn’t moved in 5 days. No call back or answers. When I call to talk to a supervisor they won’t transfer me. I’ve had it with this establishment. I’m calling corporate and filing a report. How hard is it to deliver a package to the same city it was mailed out from.
Everytime we come to this yard we have to wait. Or our load gets changed. But the people are friendly
Always have a good experience hauling loads for FedEx anywhere and everywhere very professional business
I think It’s a wonderful place to work. You get a good physical workout when working here. Forget the gym. Wanna a workout? Come work at FedEx over in City Of Industry on Old Ranch Road. You’ll get a satisfaction and a good workout to boot.
Linehaul treats all the drivers like children unless they have a FedEx jacket of course. My carrier has a huge contract with this location however our trucks will sit for 12 to 16 hours waiting for a load that will never go out. You can check on your load all day and they respond with no trailers assigned. There are a few good people that work here. But others act like the plexiglass is going to protect them so they act however they want to. Too bad most of you are losing your job after the location gets sold. Karma
It's big and organized. They're trying to go to just easy check-in over the intercom.
You need to have your trailer inspected and truck inspected right after you enter the yard.
And the appointment usually is on time unless there's an earthquake that night.
If you want to work here, the management team here is young and really want teach you proper techniques to be a better employee, but make sure it's what you want to do, I just started to realize working wearhouse isn't for everyone, but the Mangement staff is very respectfully and kind and are willing to teach, but just make sure you can keep up, but they really want all staff to be safe and happy, my goals are leading me in a different direction ️
My Dad works at FedEx Ground and is super happy there. Please receive all your orders online thru FedEx so he will always have a job. Thx
I wish I could give it a minus 10. Lied about attempting delivery. No direct telephone number
I won’t buy anything that uses Fedx. Ups amazon here I come even usps
This location is a sorry excuse for a company with a overall good reputation. I use the word sorry because I assume fedex employees get a bonus for using the word. I've heard it approx 20 times in 3 days. Always on truck, but never delivered. Still waiting. Last conversation on 7/20 was on truck but sorry$ nothing more on our computer. Will have supervisor call. Sorry$ no supervisor has called. Sorry$, but if at all possible I'm done with fedex.
Said a delivery attempt was made. Nobody knocked or passed by our location in a FedEx truck. Called a FedEx customer service representative and was told they did exactly as was stated on the tracking information. Did not even bother trying to help or figure out why it happened.
Facility is to small for the amount of traffic it has. Took a hour to get paperwork and leave yard. Trailers everywhere had to zig zag too and frow
Tracking said it was gonna be delivered today. They changed it last minute as pending. Never using fed ex again.
