Worst customer service.they don't care to help you with your package.told to call number I would give the 0 if possible

What ever happened to fedex? Next day deliveries don’t show up for days, automated system does not answer your questions and no possible way to talk to representative.
System itself says that our business was closed for delivery which is just funny - we’re a hotel that is open 24/7 and while I have other deliveries daily basis with no issues.
Is Fedex still a legit company?

Won’t return my package they damaged in the first place. Basically at this point they’re guilty of theft for refusing to return my property.

Driver on camera stopping but not coming to the door. Logs as a failed delivery and takes off. All FedEx numbers published online lead to an offshore call center that just repeats what I've already read on the web site. Had to drive to my local FedEx Ground station to be told through an intercom that the station responsible for my address is an hour away. I get a phone number and after some investigation and a call back I'm told I can come pick it up if I still need it that day; the driver has already returned to the station and won't redeliver. I wasted an entire day on this. I also found out the hard way that FedEx Express and FedEx Ground don't use the same tracking system so one can't tell you where the other's packages are. FedEx Ground is also using subcontractors that apparently don't give a rip. Also: I was told that managing my delivery destination online would not have worked because Ground does not deliver to the storefronts. In the end, I drove the hour to get my package from a very helpful FedEx employee who does care. In the future I won't purchase from online sellers who use FedEx Ground

I cannot say enough about Jessica! Her support, enthusiasm and efforts to intercept an important package that was to be returned to sender are beyond extraordinary! It was 100% my fault that I did not retrieve an item that had been redirected for pickup and it was returned to Fedex Ground with no apparent way to intervene. Somehow, Jessica was able to check the package, retrieve it before its redirection to Ohio and the bring it to me in the parking lot. It was an important package and I am so very grateful to her.

I have never had so many issues with fedex before. I was expecting 2 packages I got 1 and I have been calling every day for 4 days trying to get my second one. I have called customer service and have spoken to multiple supervisors for the last 4 days and nothing has been fixed. Customer service is absolutely useless.

There drivers are lazy. Have called terminal over and over. Live in a gated apt complex. Was told by terminal to put instructions in app for driver to call so they can get in. They never do. Such trash.

I have had 3 terrible experiences with Fedex, they just can’t seem to deprived my packages! Horrendous service and no communication. I called multiple times to reschedule dude to being out of town and was called by drivers but they still couldn’t get it right. So frustrating.

The delivery driver lied about arriving and trying to contact we have ring and building cameras the complaint center was unprofessional and kept muting the call to get the allowed response. Thank you for making me wait and wasting my day off again, again.

Have been getting the run around for the past 3 business days. Have talked to call Central points With no results. Called the hub of where my product is supposed to be turned into, employees not willing to make the effort to get out of there Office Box to ask fellow employees to check if the product is sitting in the warehouse. I know the gentleman's name it's name that I was speaking to which is horribly rude as well as not Complying with a reasonable customer request. The tracking system is not accurate According to other call centers. Very disorganized post covid. Writing this survey and I still have not gotten my product yet. 2 days overdue, and yes it is a very high priority product. I will seek other Shipping Companies if given the option

Past 3 deliveries (times two for each for a total of 6 deliveries because companies reshipped the item no received) never delivered eventhough tracking shows delivery. Never resolved any of the issues but later found one package delivered to similar address in the wrong city. Tried to intercept this last package to get on the correct address and still didn't get it. Also, notified the similar address owner I was expecting a package.sure enough they tried delivering it to them AGAIN with a notification telling the driver to make sure it's the correct address. Customer service couldn't give answers all 6 times. None of the items received

Just terrible. I can’t express how much I despise FedEx. They are so unreliable and are the worst at delivering on time. It’s always the same issue, they state that business was closed or customer was not available. When I was home all day keeping the gate open so they can deliver my package, even after giving them instructions on how to deliver my package they always delay for the same reason. I will be outside waiting to see if a FedEx truck arrives and on multiple occasions FedEx trucks just drive by my apartments without stopping only to later get a notification stating that my package was delayed due to the business being “closed”. Once I even saw a fedex driver come to a stop and look at the gate only to drive off when the gate was open. Very inconvenient and unreliable

They used to be good at delivering my mail but for some reason lately they don’t care to drive to my house to drop off my package. They will pick a random home in my neighborhood and I guess expect that person to deliver it to me. Not their job! Let alone who knows if they are going to steal it. I already recently had a mattress miss-delivered and whoever they delivered it too kept my purchase.

They put my item on the wrong truck TWO DAYS IN A ROW. Misty called just to make excuses that they have new people. I time on wrong truck ok. But then the items that were on wrong truck 1st time should have been supervised with new people to train and ensure customers are taken care of. Driver was awesome though! She communicated with me to keep me updated. Best fedex drivwr. This is a review of their facility and management

3rd day in a row my packages have been out for delivery and then returned. Was informed of a “security exception” one day even though we have no gate and “driver attempted delivery” the next day even when I was home all day and no delivery was attempted.
The customer service team was very polite but did not help resolve the situation.

This FedEx location can really be hit or miss. For me, I live in a gated community, and it's rather annoying when a delivery gets delayed by a day because the drive couldn't get through the front gate - GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER, BECAUSE IT'S ANNOYING FOR EVERYONE WHEN A DELIVER GETS DELAYED. While a day may not be much, what if I ordered something that was urgently needed? The delay is BAD if that's the case
