As an old employee of FedEx grounds, I highly suggest you keep track of your package and find a way to ship with someone else. Your Expensive TV will get stepped on a and tossed around like a toy/ majority of items will be mishandled. The management is god awful (to the point where they let an individual get jumped) because management wouldn't do their jobs. HR wont reply or just transfer you to someone else, so dont expect much from them, and if you wanna work with them prepare to inter "high school" again because that's what's its like with all the drama.
It was great everyone was really helpful, security pointed me in the right direction and I was able to pickup my package.
I am posting on this address the same from my 330 Resource Dr post.
The company I purchased from gave me the ETA of Feb 5th with a tracking number through Fedex that confirmed that Feb 5th would be my delivery date.
Feb 5th 7: 56AM it arrives at FedEx in Bloomington, and does not move from there.
Feb 6th 3: 08AM at local FedEx Facility, 3: 10AM Arrived at FedEx location (Again?), 3: 14AM On Vehicle for Delivery
Now, at 7: 35AM it is telling me that my package wont arrive until Monday, Feb 8th, but I needed them by the 6th at the latest because believe it or not people still work and need to drive places.
I want to know why my package has been delayed 3 days? Are people checking my package because of the claimed value?
I am well aware of the "mysterious disappearance" of people packages from this location.
TLDR; Fedex, because they are a private company, does not need a search warrant if they deem the package "suspicious" (AKA they are nosey and want to know what people buy so they OPEN YOUR MAIL)
My package was supposed to be delivered on 1-25. It is now Feb 2. It's been in the same place for over 2 weeks. Now it says delivery date pending. I'm guessing they lost or some one from there stole my item. Not surprised, I have heard nothing but bad things about this hub.
Why do I deal with you guys? You always screw things up! I pay extra and you still screw it up.
FedEx Deleivery. I called in and after 2 days gave up. Whenever this happens just like and say you have not received it. You will then get help.they don't care.

FedEx has expanded in a great way multiple delivery types from ground to freight great customer service also
Horrible! FedEx delivery from Bloomington misplaced and lost, customer service Spanish female Marisa and Melina rood and don’t want help. Customer service caver up Spanish fedx drivers whom misplaced or stall box. It looks like they do this for awhile.
