18WORSRT SHIPPING HUB IN THE WORLD SEVERAL DELAYS, PACKAGE JUST SITS THERE FOR DAYS WEEKS MONTHS, SHADY STUFF GOING ON, PACKAGES ”END UP MISSING” BY FAR WORST SHIPPING HUB STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
The driver lied and said my Order had the wrong address but the truth is he just didn’t have the decency to check the other side of the building where they are four more units. Unacceptable and unprofessional. On the front of the house there are three mailboxes with three separate addresses common sense would dictate that there were more units on the other side. This proves the sheer disregard and laziness of the Fed ex driver. When I called customer service to complain the representative Completely ignored the fault of the driver and proceeded to tell me that I had to contact the merchant or go all the way to the distribution center to pick it up which again is horrible lazy and I’m acceptable I will never do business with FedEx again there’s no wonder Amazon is the number one delivery service in America in less than 10 years. Worst experience ever
Package say delivered when NEVER came to door. Plus, they throw packages over the fence for anyone in apartment complex to pick up. NO MORE DELIVERIES FOR ME.
Packages are never on time. FedEx communication is terrible. Every person I speak with gives a different answer that are not in line with what the tracking info states. Many lies and not one person I spoke with stands by their word.
The FedEx Tracy distribution center is a black hole. If you live in the area, do not use FedEx. Pay the $5 to $10 more for UPS, etc. They just scan the packages daily and with no intention of putting them on a truck for delivery. They may drive out to your city once a week if they feel like it. Literally the worst possible shipping decision for this area. FedEx customer support has no clue when you call them. They just read the same status update to you, which will always be the last time Tracy scanned your package and then made zero effort to deliver it.
People were very polite and helpful. Nice sight to go into better than most. Clean facilities but tight yard. Can be in and out in about a half hour.
I will never use fed ex again please do not use them for any item@ purchased through high end stores. They said they delivered my item it was never delivered to my house. I have cameras the truck drove pass my house left it at another house thinking it was my address"somewhere" else. Someone got lucky with my items today. When i called fed ex i was told they contract out to independent drivers what ever.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Package never delivered. Was told I’d need to pick it up. First time at 5: 30 when I was at work in Turlock and they closed at 6. Next day when I’d called at 9: 30am was told they’d be closing at 10am. So happy to delay my cross country trip because I have to wait to pick up my package that was meant to be delivered 3 days prior.
Driver lied about trying to drop off package. I was home and they said I wasn't. Didnt even recieve a note saying tbey had been by. This is why I like UPS.
I've had a package stuck there for 2 days now with a "local weather delay delivery not attempted", message when I know that the distance between Tracy and Merced has been sunny for the past 2 days. I guess sunshine is a local weather delay.
Wish I could give this a zero star review. I was supposed to get a package on Saturday. I stayed home all day because I wanted to be there to retrieve it and not have it stolen. Day almost comes to a close and still nothing. I check my tracking number and it says that it gets delayed until Tuesday. I call customer service to see what is going on. They know nothing and it says it could be the weather which is BS because the weather has been fine except for a light rain. Not enough to cause a delay. I asked for a manager and they send my number to the facility where the package is in order to have them call me. I get no call and was waiting for over 1 hour. I call customer service again and they said I needed to call 2 hours prior to the place closing. Keep in mind, this is a worker that said it this time. Now I have no choice, but to wait until Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I get another delay. I call for a manager again on customer service. I am still waiting on my package. She said she will personally call them today, which is Wednesday. She claimed that no one has been getting their packages from this particular facility and have received calls from others. (See the JV guy below me, as his looks to be around the same time as me). The gist of this is, and I suggest this for everyone else, stay away from FedEx. Their service is terrible and is below the standards from the average USPS. I reiterate that if I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Don't bother wasting money on the evening delivery if your in Stockton. My package is 3 days late because they keep putting it off.
Newer FedEx Ground hub, facility is clean and mostly well maintained. Easy to drop by an pick up your package here.
Ok not friendly with outside trucking companies. If I was an owner opp I would definitely tell them to kiss my a** what horrible crying babies.
I thought this would be a great place to work until I requested time off for grievances, after being approved for the time, off I was then put on paid suspension upon returning to work (for attendance) pending appeal. Very unfair, and not something for someone who works there ass off.
Waiting on a package for the longest, tracking information says out for delivery, but it never shows up. The last time it said “customer not available” they actually never came to my house. They keep changing the delivery day!
Package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday before thanksgiving and didn’t show. Then tracking said it was being delivered Friday so I had employeees come in just so we could receive the package. Called and they are closed this Friday and can’t deliver til Monday now. I understand the back up during holidays and I’m reasonable so what really did the trick was they won’t even let me come down and pick it up personally. It’s been sitting in there hub 15 minutes away from me for 6 days and I can’t even go get it. Highly disappointed and will use fed ex as a last resort from now on.
