This station is an absolute DISASTER! They held my property for over a week with no explanation. Every day they lied and said it was being delivered the next day. Absolutely maddening.

My package was supposed to be delivered to my home 7 days ago. For 7 days now it has said it will be delivered today. Nothing. It’s still chilling at the facility this whole time. Went down there the other day to try and pick it up myself and waited almost an hour for them to tell me it’s going to be almost impossible to find it. They said they will deliver it as soon as possible. Here we are 4 days later and nothing still. This is beyond frustrating. I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone to talk to. I’m gonna try to go down to the facility one more time today.

Can I give it a no star?
This is the second time this month they lost my package, I have to call FedEx customer service 6 times! Even then they did not help. Absolute worst FedEx facility not only that just the company as a whole! It’s so bad that even Tom Hanks had to make a movie about FedEx losing him.

It’s been “on fedex vehicle for delivery” for over a week give me the run around that it’s us and made me wait 3hrs after work for their “8pm guaranteed delivery” twice with no show. Zero stars if possible. This is a business and I understand delays but I do not understand the empty promises.

What the hell is the point of a door tag with a contract number if we can't contract them regarding packages?

If you're looking to pick up a missed package. Don't bother. I was told I could by FedEx Customer Service, drove to this location and there is hardly any acknowledgement of customer pick-up. They have a vaguely visible sign that says "Customer Pick Up at back of building", if you drive to the back lot there is only a rotating door with a pin code that asks for Employee ID / Badge. The "Main Office" is completely gated so you would need to enter through that secured rotating door.in other words, save yourself the drive.

Worked here over last winter break from college, was a really great work environment with a hilarious crew and friendly bosses. These people really know how to deliver service safely and timely! I helped load trucks with packages from the conveyor belt; the packages are ordered by route and series, so I the route is what defines a driver and which part of a city they go to (ex. 50) and the series is the order in which they deliver a package, (ex. -: 10 or ex. -: 200) with smaller numbers being the beginning of the route and the larger numbers coming last, and will usually be delivered later at night depending on how many packages a driver receives! That's why online trackers tend to say "will be delivered by 8pm" because drives can start their days at 6: 30am, leave the warehouse at 8: 30am, and then spend their entire day delivering. My job was really easy; all I did was walk from driver to driver loading their packages into their trucks, they encourage us to squat to pick up heavy ones. Sometimes I had to rewrite series numbers with sharpie markers to help identify the packages when the drivers are out driving, sometimes I even had to remove the stickers they had of the series in case more packages were given to the driver, changing the order in which they had to be delivered. As a helper I worked four hours, because by 10: 00 there were hardly any drivers left. Supposedly routes cost a lot of money to buy, that's because if you're the owner of a route you become the boss of the drivers and helpers that help you. There are a few more roles in the warehouse but that's what goes on behind the scenes!

Where is my package? You don't even bother to call. What kind of service is this? The worst thing is you don't even have a phone number to call you.

I missed the FedEx delivery this morning because I had no idea when to expect him today. I think FedEx should be able through GPS technology to notify package recipients when their package is within an hour of being delivered by email. With "porch" theft a problem and more and more shippers requiring signatures of receipt, there is a major service gap in FedEx delivery procedures, that expresses itself in so many "1s" being assigned to their service.

Pain to locate interest, but staff are friendly and prompt at locating and checking out your pickup.

Sadly I too fell victim like many others with the "Delivery Exception" I stayed in the room not more than 10 feet from my door and after checking the tracking info every 20 mins I get a notification that I was not home.excuse me I'm 10 feet from my door, the FedEx delivery worker didn't even bother trying to deliver it. Then the update is another attempt 3 days later. Any other delivery service actually gets out of their vehicle, just not FedEx apparently

What kind of delivery service company is this? I live in gated community. I did not get my package, so i checked tracking number.there was 3 "delivery exception" without any tag on my door. They never came to my house.now i'm trying to pick it up, it was too much hassle.

Lame not to have a email or text protocol heads up for signed packages.come on, it's 2017 and that one missed you? Now I wait 4 more days before they can come out again!
Too big to endeavor to think? Fedex.come on!

I would give it less than one star. Very bad service. Ask your sender not to send anything through this FedEx Home Delivery. They are deaf to your request. I wanted to pick up my package on my free time b/c I could not be home from 9 AM to 8 PM to accept the delivery, they kept delivering it 3 times when I was not home. I hope they will let me pick it up tomorrow.

They called me the the next day (3/14/17) and said they were going to send my package back to the shipper because they made 3 attempts to deliver my package. I also called FedEx customer service and they told me to leave a note for the driver because it would be delivered on the 15th. Note is still there and still no delivery.

Outstanding customer service staff is extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. Management took the time to address all my concerns and made me feel like I was a priority FedEx is definitely the number one pioneer in the customer service industry.

They are closed on a delivery day when the tracking website is showing delivery today. Terrible communication to customers.

FedEx and DHL are now tied for the worst shipping service in history! UPS is the only way to go.
