4 The parking here can be challenging. The spots in the lot are too small so about 1/3 of the parking spots stay empty because the cars parked in either side are too far over.
There was no wait when I was there at around 1: 00pm. I asked for some help with something related to European VAT and the person kept repeating the part Is already knew and seemed to not hear my request. I got my scan receipt for my prepaid label but left frustrated that I wasn’t able to get the help I wanted.
My favorite employee is the older gentleman rockin the salt and pepper colored hair. He is the friendliest and most helpful! The females that work here seem like they hate their job.
Best fedex center ever. They are very friendly and help me to find out my package!
