Every time I go into this store location the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE! Manager seems to do nothing about all these complaints. Maybe we need to talk to the GM? Faith is the worst employee. I will chose to go elsewhere and I will definitely be taking this complaint to upper management.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They act as if you you are a menace if you ask them even basic questions about shipping rates and rules. I guess they have more important things to do than provide service to walk in customers. Why would they care? It’s not like their salary depends on how well they perform their duties.

WORST customer service ever! These people are SO rude! I work in the Center and have to drive elsewhere for my printing services because these guys are absolutely terrible.go to Postal Annex near Bristol Farms for mailing

I agree, rudest customer service. Miss asymmetrical hairdo is the rudest-I have gone in there for years, and it is an 85% negative experience. This woman put me in such a bad mood too! She treated me like a criminal-I avoid going down there because I never know what I will get. Not to mention, because I paid with cc the scanned the back of my drivers-lisence! What an invasion of privacy!

The worst.
After 15 years as an almost daily and very happy customer of the much busier Studio City location we moved to Woodland Hills. For the past 3 years there has been only a handful of occasions where we haven't had a negative experience with the staff at the Woodland Hills location. It's a running joke and we literally play " Rock paper scissors" to decide on who will go in.
It is impossible to contact FedEx corporate about this (I guess they're too big to care) but this location has some of the rudest and most aggressive service I've ever experienced as a customer to any establishment. I'm not sure what's going on there.
Unless we absolutely have to we now just go to the little mailbox store in the same shopping center.
Visit at your own peril.

RUDEST customer service experience I’ve ever received. Anything I would say/ask politely she would take it as the most annoying task/inconvenience to her. She put me in a horrible mood and now I never want to go back there to avoid just that. I wish I could give 0 stars- I didn’t even get what I was going there for. No help at all.

The rudest and laziest staff. No one could bother getting off their duff to help. Who does your hiring? The two woman working the desk tonight are completely useless.

I usually use this facility because there are fewer people that frequent this location. I am assuming <now> that it is because the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. I have a story involving an 80lb return package, water draining out the storefront and a phone call from the staff accusing me of shipping a package with liquid in it; story is too long to go into detail but suffice it to say RUDE STAFF, manager with personality of dial tone. Go elsewhere.

The staff is so rude and nasty. We simply asked for color copies and the person behind the counter was nasty and hostile. The corporate headquarters needs to know about their staff because it’s obvious from the comments that they are frequently rude to their customers. I will never give my money to them again.

The staff is Beyond rude as many other reviewers have noted. I'm appalled at the uncaring, and nonexistent customer service. I Went in requesting to buy a small box and a quote on a shipment to Lithuania. No hello, no smile and all attitude from Faith. She then informs me that she can't pull up the city I need to ship to and that FedEx is probably not shipping there now. I inquire further about this and she basically tells me she has no clue as to why the city is not coming up. I ask her if she can investigate further, since I know that FedEx ships to this location. She says and I'm quoting her, "the last number she would ever call is FedEx to be placed on hold for hours. WOW! This is the company you are representing and work for and you will not even take a second to try and resolve the issue or to find out what the problem is. I then asked for the number. Instead of writing it down on a piece of paper she just blurts it out without even asking if I need something to write it down on. I then asked if she could at least write the number down for me or if she had a pen, and I ask again if there is anyone she can call directly and jokingly add "or are you that unenthusiastic about your job? ". Josue, who was standing behind her looks at me and with a loud voice asks "What did you just say to her? " One would think I just call her a horrible name based on his reaction. I repeated myself and said that her attitude has been horrible since I walked in and that she has zero interest in doing her job or providing customer service. I then said, you know what just give me the name of the manager for this branch. He walks over and hands me a card. I then tell Faith that I just want to buy the box. Josue, then instructs he not to sell me the box and tells me to leave the store. I couldn't believe this. I then went to Postal Annex in the same strip mall where I was greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness and desire to provide customer service. I shared my experience and they noted that they hear many similar stories about this FedEx branch. The woman then looked up the Lithuanian address and was able to print a FedEx label in about one minute, and confirmed that FedEx does indeed deliver there. Of course I did not want to give FedEx any business so I ended up shipping with DHL. Do not reward a total lack of appreciation for customers or business and go elsewhere.

When I say the staff was very helpful and friendly, it is an understatement. I highly suggest this location for your shipping and business center needs (great food at the Blu Jam restaurant next door as well).

Most of these places it is the employee working at the time who makes the difference. I was needing to ship 3 very heavy boxes to Texas and was fortunate to first having spoken with Gabby over the phone and then when I arrived with all the stuff needing to be shipped, she helped me get everything together and packed safely. I've heard that there are other employees who are not as professional or friendly, but Gabby was A+! Thank you!

Exceptional customer service by Gaby!

I was in desperate need to get some important documents bound into a report and a different Fed-Ex Kinko’s Store told me they can have it done in 3 hours. My meeting started in 30 minutes, so I left that store and went to the Calabasas store just to try. With 20 minutes before my meeting, I was hopeless.

To my delight, Gaby, the professional rep at the Calabasas FedEx store completed my project in 10 minutes and I was off to my meeting on time! What a life-saver! Exceptional Customer Service!

Very bad personnel! I arrived there at 7: 55 and the guy with the ponytail didn’t let me print one little document I had! Never recommend this fed ex to anyone!

I had a mix up with my delivery order and couldn't get a hold of FedEx over the phone so unfortunately i needed to go all the way to the store just to figure out the problem. When i arrived i automatically spoke to the supervisor because i came very frustrated because this is not the first time that they have messed up on my order. If it wasn't for the nice supervisor that i spoke to this review probably would've been much worse. I gave them 2 stars because they really need to be more up top date with whats going on with their business.

I am truly appalled with the service here. We have been coming here for 10 years - and Carl the manager has always been an angel and incredibly helpful. But today he was not in, and both women were unbelievably rude and unhelpful as well as Josue. Anything we needed help or advice with they just were deliberately trying NOT to help us. It was incredible. I couldn’t even believe it. Their incompetence and big egos just made it so unbelievaly unemployable. I rarely make reviews but feel so inclined to need to share how upsetting the service is here. I will say that Walter was at least very kind and compassionate towards us and I will still say we love Carl.

But really, the rest of them are truly the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. They really should not be working there because the service they’re ABLE to provide is great that fact that they refuse to do it is just sad.

I hope corporate sees this and can remedy the situation because this is our neighborhood print shop that we e been coming to for 10 years.

Staff is incredibly unhelpful. The one older woman was rude and did not ask helpful questions to try and clarify what I was looking to get done. She then handed me off to another man who refused to help because an image was copyrighted. First of all it is not a copyrighted image and second, one print could hardly be considered commercial use. After a terrible experience with the self service machine that is slow as all heck and was not able to do proper image resizing I left after wasting over 30 minutes of my life thanks to this useless staff. Great job.
