FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Glendale CA

Came in to this location after visiting a few other print shops to get some artwork blown up in size to be framed. Cameron was working at the back and was able to take the images that I wanted to frame and Print them perfectly. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and made sure that my work was done perfectly. The artwork that I got framed looks amazing.

This location needs some diversity in staff or the staff needs diversity training. Consistently after several visit experience I have concluded, your experience will not depend on how much business you are trying to give I had 25 small box shipment so good enough business, your education I am an attorney, your politeness. It depends only on your color.

If someone in Fedex is reading this please enroll this branch staff members for diversity training urgently or put up a board so those of not the right color as determined by the branch staff go somewhere else.

Now here I thought making 3 color copies for 2.00 or whatever was very convenient and made me a satisfied customer. NOT! LOW AND BEHOLD THEY HAVE TAKEN AN EXTRA 10.00 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT PENDING FOR 24 HRS! Called the store and they said, OH, DIDNT YOUR READ THE DISCLOSURE SAYING THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!? NO! THAT MAKES ME A DUMMY DEALING WITH FEDEX. ASKED HER, WHAT IF I NEED THAT 10.00? SHE SAID, OH, YOU CAN JUST CALL YOUR BANK. Yikes!

Worse customer service ever. This place was Convenient for me to ship from. I thought it would be an in and out job but, I couldn’t even get anyone to explain to me how to do so let alone take out time to hear me out. This resulted in me going to ups.

Mimi is very efficient and helpful.
She asks the right amount of questions to do a fast and neat job.

Worked with Mimi in the packing and shipping department. She was amazing. Wonderful experience here at the Glendale location and the complete opposite of the location at 2000 N San Fernando Road

I always go here to print school papers and everything, the attendants are pretty helpful and knowledgeable. But one thing I'll be screaming for them to improve, is the RESTROOM. Dirty, smelly.just down right horrible.

Awesome service and easy parking via structure right behind the store. A bit under staffed at night but it's understandable since they are open 24/7

Wow, tried calling several times last week and today, none of my calls were even picked up. There’s no messaging system in place. Don’t conduct your business here, it’s not reliable.

Bought their guitar boxes, go back to ship, the lady helping cannot read an all caps spelled out name. To make matters worse not only she has no explanations for her wrong measurements entry (which is printed by FedEx on THEIR OWN BOX!), she starts to tell me that there’s a policy by which she needs to measure the box because the size changes! She measured and it was the same as what is printed on the box so she reentered her measurements into the system and the freight charge went down! What a way to be uneducated beyond a 5th grader & have attitude.
Prior to this and still dealing with FedEx is their inability to update an address on a shipment. Been calling once a day to make sure someone did it and they still got it wrong on the day of the delivery! What the hell is going on? !

Was there today at 1: 10pm. NO ONE to help other than a woman on a knee scooter. The FrdEx desk was staffed and line was moving quickly but the Kinko's side was not staffed well and I was disappointed. Thank goodness for the scooter lady!

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a shipping provider. Not only was the manager on staff extremely rude, cutting my girlfriend and I off as I tried to explain a simple shipment rerouting issue to him, but he had the nerve to insist that he could not get involved at all. All I needed was a simple release form so I could pick up my package at another facility, and yet somehow that was not allowed and needed to be repeatedly explained to me in a child-like manner. DO NOT go to this facility!

We got all of our stationary printed there for our wedding, and they did such a great job and turned everything around so quickly. They are incredibly helpful and friendly too!

I'd give them 0 starts but at least they shipped my item. MELANIE was SO RUDE on my first time shipping (so of course I don't know know much about things so I asked) she answered rudly and made it seem that I was stupid for not knowing certain details

Amazing service - had some scans to do on the big roller scanner, and the crew behind the counter were brilliant. So helpful and knowledgable. I feel the need to write this review reading all the negative ones. I truly believe negative feelings come from within. Patience is key!

There is always, always, a problem with at least one of the copy machines here. Since I pretty much only come here to make copies the unreliability of the machines here is a big negative in my book. Feel like this place was better run and organized when it was just a Kinko's.
