7 I went in this morning with my prescription for eye glasses. I was in a week ago and the young man had a great attitude and good vibe. I came back to purchase glasses and female associate was extremely unhelpful. She presented every obstacle when it came to insurance and general procedures. Even though I was in a week earlier and was placed in their system.
She was annoyed and did not want to help me at all.
I got to say how awesome with evey emphasis put on the word awesome and genuine this staff is to there work ethic right down to there customer service. From your entering till you say good bye walking away smiling from your left ear to yours right ear knowing what you dropped off will be delivered with no doubt. Thank you for your hard work and always treating us like family yal our go to.
I swear it's always a hit and miss at this location with their customers service. I've been waiting for help for over 10 minutes waiting patiently for my turn and this vapid Vanessa worker barely notices me and ask, "Do you need help? " Really.like me waiting in line doesn't indicate or being 1st in your line doesn't tell you I need YOUR ASSISTANCE in your Department? Dumb as a ROCK!
Very good location, very good place, but the best part was, Mr Matt! This beautiful person is the best of the best of the best of the BEST! No doubt, when someone wants to help you with what you need, they help you! He is elite as a person and in his service, congratulations FedEx! You are very lucky to have Mr Matt on your team!
They packed up what we needed shipped. Very convenient. The clerk that helped us was very helpful and friendly.
I just dropped in to make some quick copies but I couldn't remember how to do 2 sided to 2 sided. The staff member who helped me was very courteous and professional.
This location is my favorite location. I love their friendly and helpful staff. I do all my printing here, I simply email them what I need and they have it ready for me to pick up. I also have gotten my passport photo here. Parking meters so have coins when you visit this location.
