17I frequent this place often, and In the past have never had any problems. However now the new store manager is rude and unwelcoming. He was very short with me and acted as if he was too busy to help me. I won’t be returning.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were able to help me with my shipment. I would like to go back again, and the service is great.
I would give FedEx zero stars if I could this is the absolute worst company ever! I shipped a package to Greece from this location and the clerk never informed me about any other extra fees. Turns out the only ship it to Greece and have another Courier called Orbit to deal with your package. Orbit is a literal scam company they were charging me an additional $130 to deliver my package when I already paid FedEx. After a week of going back and forth with Orbit and FedEx I refused to pay and told them to just destroy the package and I would forfeit the package and not pay anything and was told they would ship it to some warehouse to be disposed. But a week later I get the package back at my front door and a bill of $655 to pay for the shipping back when I never even agreed to that! I was better off flying to Greece myself to deliver this package!
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service, and the person I dealt with is a manager. Hate this place.
I needed to ship 5 boxes and 3 suitcases, and Dianna and Gina were very patient and helpful!

I was there today at 6: 50 pm store close @ 9 pm
Two lady’s was working there look like Hispanic lady told me to come back she is very busy & can’t print although it will takes 1-2 minutes to print it.
I will never come again this store.
The logistics of garbage! Delivery dates slip day by day. Terrible staff. The most garbage delivery company.
I had 8 packages need to drop off, kind heavy, when they saw me came in with those boxes by using hand truck, I can tell they didn't want to accept those. And then they said my shipping label was too big, they can't scan it, I asked if they can resize it, but they just ignore me, keep saying can't scan it. I end up pack everything and walk out there, Can't stand their attitude. Never go back there again.
I later went to other FedEx office at San Leandro which happily help me with shipping label and much friendly service.
Very rude staff, dirty store. I would not trust important items or documents with them. One employee behind the counter saw me enter but declined to help me. Another was flirting with a customer for 15 minutes talking about making a copy. Person "in charge" seemed unsure of what she was doing.
Go somewhere else.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Will. He was thorough & personable. I’m a FedEx employee myself and he and the woman (whose name I didn’t catch) were both patient in getting my info so I could use my discount. Thank you brother Will & happy new year to you both!
Took forever 20mins to print a piece of paper unprofessional Staff Davina and Susie really need to get together.
My first time there. The lady didn't help me at all. Thanks to another customer who helped me. Not good customer service at all.
Literally took me seconds for my transaction. Definitely better than the agent locations for drop-offs.
Terrible service, got a notification they’d have my package today, went down to go pick it up, not only was it not there, they had no idea where it was.
Apparently it was loaded on a truck at 1: 51 AM and stayed “in transit” all day, and no office nor person on the phone line has an idea what’s going on.
The manager was rude and confrontational. Yelled at me for trying too send a package. I will drive 12 miles away and go too the union city location from now on.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had, at ANY store.
Debbie has great customer service skills and did the best she could to accommodate the needs of a long line of customers; despite the urgent demand for her attention and delivery of services - two involving international shipments, business card needs by another customer, and physical address look up for me. We all left the FedEx office at about the same time very satisfied. There was a wait - but well worth the wait time with the attention and service received.
