They provided me a sample of a potentially big project and failed to tell me the sample would was not free, which Staples always offers for me free. After they printed it, they said they could ring me up and I was confused because to my knowledge I had not purchased anything. When I told them I was never told it cost anything I received a sassy tone. They lost my business and potential $500+ order. Maybe next time tell someone they are purchasing a normally free service before you go through with it:)

Every time I come here it’s never been a good experience. The parking lot is a mess and sometimes you have to fight for a space. Today I tried shipping out a couple large heavy packages. They were well packaged and ready to go with the shipping label already on it. After unloading them, they told me they wouldn’t accept them because the boxes were damaged. I had to reload and take them to the main FedEx shipping center 20 min away (not 11 min as the rep told me). The workers at the FedEx shipping center didn’t understand why the store didn’t take them because my boxes looked fine. Thanks for the poor customer service and for wasting my time. This is just one of the many poor experiences I’ve had here. If you can take your packages to another location, I would.

If you could rate 0 stars I would. Trash customer service. 20-25 minutes to print something and that's if they even acknowledge you. The gentleman that was at the desk was the only employee there and was helping a customer, but I waited 10 minutes and not even acknowledged. No, "we'll be right with you" nothing. Then the other employee clocks in and same story except this guy has some sense to actually tend customers. He helps me out to print something but then there's an error and helps another customer ok fair, however the other employee becomes free and instead of helping me out he goes about his day waiting around. Never coming back here again.

This location has been an inconvenience at the least. Went through the process of shipping out a package and had the assistance of the desk to package it properly. Was first communicated pricing and details for shipping, checked out and left, as I was told he would box it up right then. 30 mins later I get a call that the box is not the right size and that they need to charge me more for box, bubble wrap and shipping. I had to return to the store when I didn’t really have time and have them tell me that the price for all of the shipping needs were more than double the original price and that they couldn’t do anything for the inconvenience. Needless to say I will not be using this location even if it’s the closest in location. The staff were not accommodating or even apologize for their employee mistake.

Beware. Store apparently has no plastic packaging material. Seems odd for a shipping store.

Avoid like the plague! Not worth it! Parking is horrible! The employees are slow, so expect a line. Customer service is horrible. Will never return here again.

ATTN MANAGER:

Im not sure how long you’ve been out and how much longer you will be. Went here to do the most simplest thing and dave/dan couldn’t help at all. Got charged $10 for copies plus another dollar and change for using your computer. He told us that there might be something wrong with the file and that he can’t refund. Are you stupid? I understand you can’t refund for the computer use but you CANT charge for something that never printed! Isn’t that what I paid for. Fedex is supposed to find solutions! He and this store did not. Went to a Fedex SHIP CENTER and explained my situation- yes a ship center that does NOT print was able to print the document no problem. I don’t care if your short staffed - it doesn’t correlate with what I needed help with. Not my fault the employees here lack basic knowledge

The two fellows; Zak and his dark hair larger friend who does not wear a name tag, have lots time for discourse I heard from my Uber driver but not in helping a customer, with a simple request, and that would be little, old me. To enjoy the World outside of the Convoy St. Fed Ex, I explained that if I can not have my label from the Suit Case Mailing Company, because I am technically challenged there by unable to use their computer to make the label. I politely put my belongs on the counter and explained that it was their job to please mail my luggage, he smiled and said I will get you a price, form their direct Fed Ex Company. I said don't trouble yourself just mail my Philosophy, books please, as it is my lively hood. I am sorry, in the big picture that they seem very unhappy in life, Zak and his buddie! The very few other customers were aware of their condescending attitude and questions. Better luck next time!

Extremely unhelpful, will not give full details of what is needed for packages and will walk away from the counter and avoid any eye contact after vaguely mumbling what you might need without full details of what is needed to get it and won't answer questions. Do not come here if you don't know what you need in full.

Update: Package still not delivered 7 days passed. All online customer representative lying at this point.
I shipped a package with a 2 day shipping which never reached and agents have no clue when it will reach it destination. Also agent was irresponsible by not informing the day I shipped package that FEDEX is experiencing high delay and that my package might not reach in 2 days I would have chosen another carrier. Also Agent MARIA purposely Lied/charged me extra by sending package by AIR even though source and destination was SD.
Had I shipped by Ground it would have reached destination next day which I came to know through another agent.
If you plan to ship from here ask them **DOES PACKAGE REALLY SHIP ON TIME YOU ARE ADVERTISING**. Also note agents like MARIA will try to cheat and charge you extra ask them all option you might have for shipping.

I went there a few weeks ago to try and get everything I needed printed for my friends bachelorette and Jacques was so patient and kind with figuring out exactly what i wanted and making it perfect! Thank you Jacqes! Theyve always been so friendly there.

Shout out to Jeremy for helping me with my mobile scanner! I was trying to get it to connect to my phone myself and troubleshooted as much as I could for quite a while. It wasn't happening. Jeremy troubleshot with me and was very helpful and patient. I'm a Notary, so I had an important job to finish. Thanks again and Kudos!

Marcos nice guy but don't like when they add to my shipment just because I have an account. He mentioned I was going to need some back fill but didn't say I was going to be charged for it. Other places just and paper fill for free I was charged $24 if I would of known I was going to be charged that amount for paper fill on 4 boxes I would not have shipped it.

Maybe it was just an off day, but the two employees (I was the only customer in the office) were not at all interested in helping me beyond a grunt and point to use their fax machine. It will cost you $2.49 a page for a long distance domestic fax.

Had a alignment and tires changed on my boyfriends lexus es300, they provided him excellent customer service and assisted him with his problems on his tires and made it easy to fix problems that he didn't know about. Micah the manager gave him a clear understanding of what to fix and gave him a good deal for the price, he is planning on coming back for service whenever he needs it. Thank you

I stopped by 15 minutes before closing time and the door was locked. I called the store and spoke to Marcus, who claimed the door was not locked. So I returned to the store within 1.5 minutes as I was literally in the shopping center and the lights were off! Unbelievable how dishonest and deceiving.
