19I was under a very strict deadline and in a complete rush. Desiree E.saw me from behind the counter and quickly saw the furry in my eyes and came to assist me. I was at the store (W Shaw Ave in Fresno Ca 93711 -Store #5170) from 3: 30pm till almost 5pm because I had edits on the document to print. Desiree was so helpful to show me what portions of my label were off center or too transparent. She stuck with me and came back to aid me in printing both the front and back of the adhesive labels. Then she was kind enough to even show me how to cut them on the paper cutting table…. She helped me greatly! I am so thankful and will be back as Desiree made my experience a true success and an enjoyable time getting my project completed. Many thanks again Desiree!
Its on the dirty side, with so many people standing around you'd think they would clean up the place
Terrible service! I was litterly at the door at 5: 59 pm carrying several large packages that were all ready labeled just needed to be dropped off for shipping. The employee saw me walking up the sidewalk hands full of packages and they locked the door. I thought she was coming to help open door not lock it! Shame on this place!
I normally love visiting any Fed ex office, yesterday one of the sales people was having a difficult time and was kind of rude. May have been a Supervisor. The other employees were very good and they helped me.
Absolutely atrocious! Stole a pair of yeezy 700s and gave me an empty 700 box saying “there is nothing we can do. ” Wow just wow.
Wouldn’t take my package because it wasn’t taped right? Went down the street to Office Depot and they took it
Although clean and productive it was a little harder to get help. If you are well versed in using the equipment, then this is a very good choice for your coping needs.
Aug 9 around 340pm I went to the print services area, I was having a hard time femailing my dmv drivers record print out and the lady who was running that around was hard speaking towards me. The entire time I got the feeling that she didn't want to help me let along deal with my situation. I've been going to the one on clovis because I'm closer to that one. This one was more convenient at the moment. I won't be returning to this location at all.
I don't remember his name but a young gentleman helped me out on 05/15/22. I came in between 3-4pm with 22 packages total, some had labels some didn't. He was kind to help me print all the labels out and stuck them on to the boxes for me. Super helpful & had a lot of patience. A+ service!
Team member Desiree E.was extremely patient and helpful with helping me decide what products would be best for party supplies for my daughter’s first birthday. This was my first time using a printing service and Desiree made it very easy and i will be back again now that I know how easy it is. Thank you for your help.
Worst place I asked for help one of employees she was so rude and disrespectful she was ignoring me all time like I’m nobody her name is yadi I already called customer service my thinking is why She work in a places like this if she don’t have good attitude. I feel sorry for this people
Do not go to this location for passport renewal. Unhelpful and uneducated employees. My questions seemed to be simple ones, yet no one could answer them, and after 30 minutes and several wasted dollars on computer time I ended up going to a different location. A waste of my time and money.
Today I had to complete a return for a package I had that was delivered to the Shaw location. Employee Jason was extremely helpful, went above and beyond for customer service. Due to a mix up, Walmart sent me a return label but said I had to pick up this heavy item from fedex and bring it it to any location. Jason loaded this recliner onto a cart, and walked it to customer service at Walmart across the way from fedex. Sidenote: I’m heavily pregnant and was alone so this extra help meant so much to me! Thanks FedEx and thanks Jason!
Its the best for sending packages because there is hardly a line. But it is a little expensive.
Don't drop packages off in the drop box in hopes of them actually being shipped out the same day. Even if it's before the cut off and it says that pickup hasn't occurred. Don't trust it! And, they're no help at all when you want answers as to why it's not done.
Location is convenient, nice stocked store. I needed to create a shipment so I waited for my turn, the clerk was so rude and acted like he was doing you a favor by helping you, older gentleman named Mike W, or something like that. I was using an account and had to get the addresses from my phone and he just had a bad attitude, asking me to spell every single word and when I did it before he prompt me he got all serious and told me it wasn’t necessary. Was like, what? You asked me first to do it then you don’t want me to?
Definitely bad experience and will avoid this location in the future.
This company is trash! Every delivery date gets moved. They are the worst company in the business, the post office would be a better option and we all know they are super trash!
The Senior Citizen employee 'Mike' is a detriment to your company. He is the opposite of everything a shipping company requires. Speed, efficiency and good customer service skills.
I would gladly replace him as an employee tomorrow in order to provide a service level that is needed in that store. I've dealt with and seen this guy be rude, slow and uncaring of packges multiple times. 'Mike' is an absolute problem for your customers in this location regularly.
Also if your location closes at 6, you're open till six. His first words to us and two others was 'we close in 3 minutes'. No hello, friendlyness etc. You fake it till 6. You're open till 6. That's that 'Mike'
Horrible service worse ever. I was waiting for assistance to use the machines and two lady's were just talking while I'm looking around like a list puppy. Came to office depo
