Visited this Kinkos multiple times a year, but todays visit was truly the best as I had the pleasure of working with Allison.
Upon arrival to the store I was frantic as the deadline for my graphic art project was moments away. Noticing my panic Allison promptly came up to the counter to assist. Her demeanor, kind words, knowledge and ample skillset to aid me in the final decision process of my project made all the difference! Allison provided exceptional customer service at a 5-Star Status, she was efficient and effective all wrapped up in a stellar demeanor.

FedEx shipment service always making the same mistakes repeatedly. They never notified me of shipment when it doesn’t fit inside the mailbox. I’ve been anxiously waiting for this package for two months because it matters to me. In my apartment complex, if the package is big, they could leave it in a big box designated for big packages and leave a note or worst case scenario, they could leave it in the leasing office. This is a recurrence incident that needs to be addressed and resolved by FedEx and not to mention their terrible customer service and terrible attitude when you call to initiate a complaint or feedback. I definitely don’t recommend this service to be used, you could always go with UPS for international which we ran to in the past with an international package issue. Their response with an attitude which lack empathy was “ WE DON’T DELIVER TO MAILBOXES “
Appreciate the help I received here from Robert and the other guys. They were courteous and helpful in helping me with my flyers. I was able to print with my own paper card stock from the self help printers. I went to the one on Shaw and villa and they said I couldn’t do it.
These folks are fabulous. Dirk and Robert tackled our biggest shipping headache with professionalism and gusto, and solved a big problem. We needed to ship a 90 lb. Wood burl coffee table cross country and they got it done! Thanks soooo much.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Manager was on site to make sure everything was running smoothly especially through the holidays. Will definitely always come here for my shipping needs.
Best experience ever had! Excellent hospitality? The staff went out of their way to patiently explain the printing process and future printing tips. This is going to be my place for all printing and courier needs!
Also a colour print (via email) costed $0.65 at this place, whereas the lady at a nearby UPS quoted $5 JUST for accessing the document on their email!

Great customer service! Different employee each time - regardless I get service & help above and beyond the norm. This is my go to FedEx location since 2018 & not changing. This place is the best!
$20 wasted - 15 for passport photo rejected by state dept, and $5 for postage. Fed Ex needs to cancel their passport services or train their employees properly.

I want to request if covid distance keeping and mask to be followed tightly and if we can place packages outside fedex and they pick up will be great. I know sign there to call for pick up but make it more friendly so people do call.i

Will never ship any packages with FedEx based on how terrible package delivery is in the Fresno Area. We have had every package shipped with FedEx get delayed for no reason. Without fail. Deliveries are "attempted" (at least according to the online tracking) but no person actually shows up at our house. Or drivers claim "we have moved" when obviously this is not true.
Staff always courtesy and kind and very friendly! They have gone out of their way to make sure my orders (and I order often) are always to my satisfaction.

This place is always my go to office in the valley, when away from my office, in the Bay Area. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Monica is the best! She took the time to make sure our print was exactly what we wanted. When the first one didn’t work she printed a secondary print until we got what we want. Thanks Monica!:)
Printers don’t connect to internet for box or drop box files. Trying to get somebody to help you is one of the hardest things you will do.
I want to say how awesome Robert is! He was EXTREMELY helpful! I had lost my tracking number and was having a hard time locating my package as it was supposed to be delivered the next day and it’s now two weeks later and I have not gotten any information of the delivery. I had been through customer service twice and give many 1-800 numbers to call that were no help at all, at this point I was getting ready to boycott Fedex. I finally hung up the phone with “customer service” and called the store back and was very easily helped by Robert in less time it took to have me transferred to another line. Thank you Robert for all the kind help even when dealing with a worked up customer.
