4Customer service lady has horrible attitude. No greetings no smile anything plus doesn’t get what I’m saying. Get rid of the type of person. I won’t use again.
The manager Jessica is very rude and unprofessional. Customers cannot have good experience due to very bad customer service.she was rushing us to pay and then snatched away the order from the desk and demanded we pay or we can leave. I wanted to make sure the order what exactly correct as it was a $400 total. I do no feel safe to return and advise to take a short drive drive the next nearest location.
They've always helped me with any questions and or problems. I always go their for my printing projects.best in town!
This tore gets the job done and the employees are courteous, but don’t expect super friendly service.i just had a package to return but only had an electronic version of the return shipping label n my phones email. They were kind enough to print it for me after I emailed it to them.
